Dr. Malespin was trained in USC were he recieved extensive training in cosmetic dentistry, has completed continuing education courses in sedation dentistry, Endodontics, Implant dentistry and orthodontics. While practicing general dentistry as an associate in the community health center s in San Luis Obispo, California , he learned that the best doctor-patient relationships are based on trust, handskills, and especially good communication. That’s why he takes the time to get to know each patient, thoroughly discussing his or her individual needs and goals for oral health . During his free time, Dr. Malespin enjoys spending time bowling, reading and enjoying the outdoors with his wife, friends and family. During the past four years I have done about 400 hours of continuing education in many fields of dentistry like Endodontic's, cosmetic dentistry, implant dentistry, Sedation dentistry and most recently in Orthodontics. I served as a mentor at USC in coordination with the Los Angeles Unified School District and the Hispanic Dental Association. I have also volunteered in off-site at several community health fairs. I love contributing to care for those who might not receive it otherwise. Setting a young person or child on the right path is my favorite kind of service.
