We utilize the latest state-of-the-art technology for dental cleanings, including high-end ultrasonic devices and the newest laser treatments for optimal results. We offer a 10-year warranty on all of our crowns, ceramic, BPA-free Bis-GMA-free fillings, and veneer work, provided patients maintain routine cleaning and maintenance appointments. Our implants are placed by a dental implant specialist (periodontist) using high-end Straumann and Neodent implants.

This appointment and location was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had at the dentist. I spent two hours at this facility only for them to refuse to give me a basic dental cleaning. They do not listen to their clients, only focused on making more money. I will not be returning.

This place was not a good fit for me. I felt like no one I interacted with was very warm or welcoming. Everyone I met with made me feel bad about the state of my teeth. I went in for a routine cleaning that would be covered by insurance, but they said they could not do it without doing a deep cleaning, involving lasers, that would cost several thousand dollars. My insurance would only cover a portion of it, and I would still be responsible for over a thousand dollars out of pocket. I’ve never had this type of experience at a dental office, so I was shocked by their assessment and the quote. Overall, I would not recommend this place.

I typically am one that is frantic about going to the dentist but the staff at URBN Dental Heights put me at ease. There was no wait time. They made sure I understood everything they were explaining to me from visuals to demonstrations. Before they did anything, the explained why before I could even ask. They helped me start a dental plan to get my smile back track. I have been raving about them since I left. All in all, I would give my visit a 10/10.

I had an amazing experience at URBN Dental! Kim did an excellent job with the cleaning, and from start to finish the staff was very personable and accommodating. Dr. Chae was very Friendly and took the time to make sure I was comfortable. It never felt rushed and I even recall us laughing (and being wow’d) over her recent wedding video at one point! Overall, I can’t recommend this place enough and will certainly be back again!

I visited URBN dental today, and I cannot express how pleased I am with the care I received. From the initial booking of my appointment as a New Patient, until scheduling my follow up the staff was AMAZING! They were all thorough , welcoming, patient , friendly and respectful. I’ve been a patient here since 2018! They’ve helped me through many life changes like moving, obtaining different jobs, etc. They are one of the few constants in my life! Seeing Bianka as the receptionist first thing when I walk in is always pleasant. I never know when she has a bad day because she’s extremely lovely! Dr, Chae, meticulously pays attention in the practicality and aesthetically aspects of your oral health/teeth. She does a wonderful job of executing the balance of skill and art. I’ve been in need of a root canal for over a year now. I finally decided to go to the dentist, AFTER my tooth chipped. I was so scared to get the root canal, because I didn’t trust my previous dentist. I went to Urbn Dental today and talked with Dr.Chae. Unfortunately they weren’t able to save my tooth and recommended an extraction. I literally cried in the office, but Dr.Chae was very knowledgeable about my different options and I actually felt safe there. I scheduled my extraction and will provide an update after the procedure. Thank you Urbn Dental for your compassion for your patients. It was very much needed and appreciated.

Nice office, nice staff. Exam was very thorough, but way more expensive than what I expected— even with my insurance. Not sure if this is because of the location or something. I’d get a a few different price comparisons before I come back to this office. Other than that, no complaints

The office decor was nice as nice as However I never saw the DDS lady who’s picture is on the Zocdoc appointment? To make matters worse, I was extremely clear and looking forward to the exam and cleaning that’s covered by my insurance without the upsale. WELL THIS DID NOT happen. So I am back to the drawing board. Be careful- the up sale tactics are settle but consistent. I hope it helps someone before you take off work and it’s not what you think.
