KGDA is a very nice office, very personable. Only thing I would say is it's a little weird where there's nobody at the desk in the morning. This also adds to wait time as the patient is unsure if anyone remembered they had an appointment
Also it seems like the office staff are still getting used to SOP as they have to be reminded to verify and confirm meds along with occasionally taking small arguments out back (was nothing serious but it got a little loud and the office manager had to remind them to take it out back)

Awesome experience, great doctor, and very light hands when doing work in my mouth. I didn’t feel any pain when having the deep cleaning and excellent staff. Highly recommend!!

The entire experience was amazing from Miriam at the front desk to Maria, who handled my cleaning. Maria was very informative, transparent and friendly. I also enjoyed the 3-D scan of my mouth which gave me greater insight to my teeth overall health. ?

it was great that the staff took their time to get all my information and sat me down and discussed the procedure with me and how they can help me with payments and as the procedure is being done this will be my primary DDS because they are very gentle with you and they take their time with you as well.

The ladies at the front desk were awful. One of them was training and she couldn’t see my insurance so her supervisor said she was going to call. I ended up calling and the front desk staff were on the wrong website. There was a baby and the office staff was more concerned with having fun with the baby than helping me. My appointment was at 5 and I wasn’t seen until 6:30. Extremely unprofessional and I would not recommend this office.

Great office. the person at the front desk was friendly and professional, the place was clean and up to date, I was seen quickly even though I booked quite late. the dental work I needed was basic but the dentist still really took their time on it and made sure it was done well.
