I tried to schedule a new patient exam/cleaning and his office called back right away saying they did not have any appointments available for 7 more weeks (ZocDoc shows appointments available almost everyday). This office is cheating the system. I am very dissatisfied with their customer service, and would not recommend to anyone.

Very frustrating experience - front desk lied to me to get me in the door. Upon making my appointment, I asked if they were in-network and they said no - but that the coverage was exactly the same for in-network and out-of-network. Of course, they neglected to tell me that out-of-network dentists charge more (more than double) for procedures. Now I have to go to another dentist and give another consultation fee, which is quite frustrating. I would not recommend this dentist for their dishonesty.
