With a Doctorate in Dental Medicine (DMD) from the University of Illinois at Chicago (UIC), Dr. Saeed has practiced dentistry in several states, including Illinois, Michigan, Ohio, and Texas. I visited Dr. Faisal Saeed for a dental issue and was referred to an endodontist for a root canal. I specifically and clearly asked that the referral be within my Delta Dental "PPO" network to minimize costs. Dr. Saeed acknowledged this and instructed his staff accordingly. They referred me to Dr. Blair A. Bradford, and I trusted their recommendation.
After completing the treatment, I later discovered that the endodontist was actually out of network. As a result, my insurance reimbursement will be significantly lower than expected. While I acknowledge I could have double-checked myself, I relied on my dentist’s guidance and feel misled.
This experience cost me financially and eroded my trust. I would not recommend Dr. Saeed based on this experience.

I am speechless. I was seen right on time, everyone knew my name, and they were so informative. Each person from the hygenist, to the Dr, to the clinical coordinator and front desk staff were so informed, patient, and took their time with me. Ive never liked the dentist, but I think I can change my mind now

This is a day and night difference from the last Dentist I went to. This office listened to my concerns and focused on what I needed. There was no pressure only reassurance and care from beginning to end. I live 20 miles away and it is totally worth the drive even in rush hour traffic. All I did was set the appointment up with exactly what was wrong and the moment I walked in they took X-rays and got right to work, expeditiously. I have 100% found my new Dentist. This man is a saint and the staff is top notch. I couldn’t have asked for better dental care than what I received.

The dentist I normally see was not available and I booked with Dr. Saeed. For the first time in years I didn't have anxiety when seeing a dentist. I've had horrible past experiences. Explain procedure and plan, had no problems referring me to specialist with a problem diagnosis. Spent a lot of time and did many x-rays and tests before saying not 100% of problem tooth. Explain all steps in process and able to complete treatment in timely manner after visit to specialist.

The dentist I have seen for the past 10 years no longer accepts Delta Dental insurance, so have been searching for a new dentist. I got an appointment promptly, was brought back before my appointment time, and the office was very clean and pleasant. Jane, the assistant, was very professional and friendly. The doctor was also very personable and took the time to explain things to me. I was surprised that there was no hygienist, and was nervous because I have not had good experiences with dentists cleaning my teeth in the past, but Dr. Saeed did a fine job. I got some cavities filled and it was a relatively painless experience. I will be back in 6 months.

Dr. Saeed, the hygienist, and office staff were excellent with my 9-year-old son! They were so patient with my talkative son requesting a lot and so kid friendly. The room was also kid friendly with decor and a TV on the ceiling, and kid sized glasses. My son loved the mini toys treats that he was given after his visit as well. As an elementary teacher and mom, I will say I was truly impressed. We will be using Dr. Saeed as my son's dentist for as long as he accepts my son's dental insurance. Thank you!

Could not be more impressed. They were very professional and polite and had high regard for comfort. Easy making appointment and no wait time. They have a TV on the ceiling and even provide you with a neck pillow and headphones! Was completely comfortable even while getting 3 fillings done. 10/10 would recommend to a friend ??????????

Amazing experience. I've likely cracked up enough dental visits to be in the Guinness book of world records. The team at Circle 32 Dental was amazing. From reception to exit I felt like they listened to my desires and inputs for the treatments I would need.
I have serious issues stemming from my time in the military and they made me feel very comfortable unlike most dentists I have gone to in my lifetime.
