Dr. Spear & his staff get to know patients on a personal level and establish great relationships with them before trying to work on their teeth. They are friendly & professional and remember everything about me, my family, and my dental history. They work well with me & my insurance and are timely about getting things done. They communicate very well (text, email, phone) and provide the best and most affordable options for my dental care. They are awesome!

The dental profession has extended to me the privilege of providing quality care to patients while getting to know them over time. At the end of the day, those relationships and the satisfaction of a job well done are most important in my work.
I achieved my BA at Hendrix College in Conway, Arkansas. Upon graduation from Hendrix, I spent four years in Oklahoma City at the OU Health Sciences Center at which I achieved my DDS degree. Following dental school, I completed a General Practice Residency at St. Anthony Hospital in Oklahoma City, OK. This opportunity gave intimate experiences in all specialties of dentistry. Pursuing what was one of my favorites of the specialties, I completed an Oral and Facial Surgery Internship at JPS hospital in Fort Worth, Texas.
Continuing Education, in my mind, is the driver of successful dentistry. It is a discipline in and of itself and one that allows for refinement, sharing and teaching. From 2009 to 2010, I completed the Implant Seminars and the Apsun Implant Center's training in order to better serve the needs of my patients. I also attend Academy of General Dentistry and American Dental Association events that will further the quality of care I can offer my patients.
I have been proud to serve the people of Fort Worth for the past ten years. The practice of dentistry is a relationship-based service that allows me to serve and build connections with my patients. Our office prides itself on personal care that is tailored to your needs.
I am originally from Tulsa, Oklahoma, and have lived in Fort Worth for the past eight years. My family includes my dear mother, Jane Ellen, and my brother, Bradley Dean. In my spare time, I enjoy cycling, hunting, gardening and adventure travel. I am also active in our community as a volunteer for Save-A-Smile of Tarrant County. I am also an active attendee of Trinity Chapel Bible Church.

My visit was wonderful. Dr. Spear always has my health formost in his actions. He is attentive to my emotional disadvantages when it comes to dental visits and treatments. The staff are friendly and experienced.

I've had a fear of the dentist & put off getting my wisdom teeth pulled for years. I finally saw Dr. Spear when the pain got to be too much & was pleasantly surprised. The staff was very helpful & Dr. Spear was very friendly & professional. The procedure was fast & he even called to check up on me later that day. After healing, I went in for a cleaning & can gladly say I'm no longer afraid of the dentist.

Dr. Spear and his staff are awesome! I had not been to a dentist in years because I was scared to death of dentists. They made me feel completely comfortable and I've been there about 8 times now and have got ALL of my teeth fixed! He's very gentle and I never have pain when I'm there.

It was great! I have been to alot of dentists in my 60 yrs., and he is one of the best! Brent Spear is very very good with young & old! My family all come here. We love Dr. Spear. Brenda, is great at cleaning your teeth, too! And the rest of the staff is very well trained. Great team!
