Hadn't been to a dentist for far too long, and when I went to Dr. George there was certainly a good bit of work to do. (Totally my fault for not brushing and flossing!) Dr. George has been fantastic. My teeth need some work, but I have never felt shamed or scolded. I have had four appointments and have never had to wait; usually I get in a few minutes early. Dr. George is affable, engaging, patient, and clear when explaining the course of treatment or a specific activity during treatment. Highly recommend!

Despite his New York City incarnation, Dr. George was born and raised in Kentucky, and graduated at the top of his dental class at the University of Louisville in 2014. Following dental school, Dr. George completed a General Practice Residency at the VA Hospital in Denver, CO. There, he received intensive training in restorative dentistry including crowns, bridges, and veneers, the placement and restoration of dental implants, endodontics (root canal therapy), periodontal treatment, removable dentistry (dentures), and oral surgery. Dr. George takes particular pride in performing cosmetic cases, and Invisalign treatment for his patients in NYC. Prior to moving to New York (where his wife is in residency to become an orthodontist), Dr. George was in private practice in Nashville, TN. Dr. George and his wife live in the Upper West Side with two dogs, Maggie and Mila, whom they dote upon. In his spare time he enjoys running and biking in Central Park and throughout the city, skiing, practicing yoga, and trying new restaurants. Dr. George has a warm personality, great sense of humor, and an unmatched chairside manner that keep his patients comfortable and at ease. How do you get Dr. George riled up? The Incredible Dr. George! I've never looked forward to going to the dentist, but Dr. George changed all that. He put me right at ease, explained everything, answered all my questions and gave me a real action plan to follow. He's kind and knows his stuff. Jessica in the office is awesome too. She went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and worked with my insurance to make sure everything was taken care of.

Such a great dental experience! He was not only very nice, he took the time to walk me through my xrays, explain into detail work that may need to be done in the future, what needs to be worked on now, and informed me every step of the way. The office is also very clean and super efficient - there was no wait time and staff was super friendly. All in all, the best dental cleaning I've ever had!

Absolutely LOVED my time spent in Dr. George’s. Just finished my first dental cleaning with him, and he was incredibly kind, friendly, relaxed, and very easy to talk to. Not to mention; it was the most gentle and therapeutic cleaning I’ve ever had! Truly haven’t had this nice of a dental experience anywhere else. He was super informative, explained everything we were doing (down to the details of my x-rays), and was great at thoroughly answering all of my questions. They offer you Netflix on the ceiling, a wonderful hot face towel after you’re done, and just an all-around a lovely environment. 10/10 would recommend! Have already booked my next two visits!

Dr. George is great and I highly recommend him. He's beyond friendly, easy to talk and very well spoken. I've fortunately only had to see him for a few routine cleanings and fillings but he makes you feel very taken care of and never rushed. We seem to share an appreciation of bourbon - he’s from Kentucky - and a hatred of plaque ;-) Young, outgoing and great staff as well. Across street from Empire State Building and clean, modern office with all the fancy stuff you need. You look at your X-rays on a flatscreen right from your seat. Very convenient and the doc takes his time and has great bedside manner - a dying art form. I just had a routine checkup and cleaning, but will be back and recommend to others.

Amazing! I loved my appointment with Dr. George. I hate going to the dentist but this was such an pleasant experience. He made sure I was comfortable & talked about every step. Getting a crown is such a long process but he stopped periodically and asked if I was doing ok. He constantly adjusted so I was comfortable.

I tripped and fell one night and broke my front tooth. I was horrified how I looked & called his office first thing. Dr. George did an amazing job patching me up. The color match was perfect and looks just like it did. I can't recommend him enough!!
