I always love my visit to Dr. Labombard and team's office. I have been 3 times now: Once for an emergency filling, another for a cleaning, and another for a professional teeth whitening. Everyone is super nice. Very fun, and understanding. It's very relaxing there, which is great since I have some anxiety issues. I like how they seem very modern, both from an data and internet-side and also with procedures and technology.

Believe me when I say Airport Dental Care is hands down the GREATEST dentist office in Austin, possibly the world! Listen, I'm terrified of going to the dentist. I always have been. It's why I put it off for years and years. Weird how ignoring problems doesn't make them disappear, huh? Well, I am SO SO thankful I found Brian Labombard, DMD , Nelda, Kate and the rest of the friendly staff at Airport Dental.
I came to them with some gnarly cavities and never once did I feel judged or shamed. Dr. Labombard patiently explained every step of his treatment plan for me, taking the time to get into the context and reasoning behind each phase. He goes above and beyond to make sure I'm as comfortable as I can be. I'm a mouth breather–darn you, Austin allergies!– which can make dental work extremely anxiety-inducing for me. Dr. Labombard is the first dentist who has ever put my comfort first. He'll work in 10 second intervals to give me time to take some deep breaths.

Dr. Brian LaBombard attended Tufts University, where he received his dental degree in 2002. He completed his residency in general practice at Berkshire Medical Center in Pittsfield, MA the following year. Prior to relocating to Austin, TX in 2013, Dr. LaBombard practiced in New York City for 10 years. Upon relocation to Austin, Dr. LaBombard focused his practice on Geriatric Dentistry. He welcomes patients of all ages to his practice.
His areas of clinical interest include endodontics, oral surgery, and complex prosthodontics.
Dr. Labombard is sensitive to the unique presentation of each patient's individual situation, and adapts his consultations and treatment options appropriately to accommodate individual needs and concerns. His top priority as a dentist is the care and dental health of his patients.

I really don’t know where to start.. there is so many positives! I had a terrible TERRIBLE experience with another dentist before this and it really turned me off from the whole thing. I am trying to get my cavities fixed and on a healthy road! I have been trying to find a dentist that I feel comfortable with committing to and becoming a very regular patient who gets regular teeth cleanings and check ups.. I finally found the one! The front office is so sweet every single time. The dental hygienists and Dr. Lombombard are always quick, helpful, friendly, etc, etc, etc. No one wants to be at the dentist longer than needed and they make sure to get you in and out! The price is also so affordable. Im talking about 1/4 of the price the prior guy was asking to charge me! They really just make the whole experience great! Thank you Dr. Lombombard and staff!

I love the way Dr L talks you through every step of any procedure. It makes you not only calm and more comfortable but also knowledgeable about what's happening. Over the past six weeks I've been to Airport Dental four times having some deep cleaning and some another work done. Dr. LaBombard has a great manner about him, he took the time to explain everything to me in a way no dentist has before. For the first time I have a plan in place to get the work that I need done. Kim Whitehead the Hygienist did a fantastic job with the deep cleaning. Kim is also very funny which really put me at ease. Even Kate the woman that checks you in is very nice and made me feel very welcome. This has been a very good experience for me, and hope I never have to go to another dentist.

Dr. Labombard is very frank, professional, and calm when describing treatment. He explained everything that we'd be doing start to finish, and this really helped put my mind at ease.
I think my favorite thing about him, however, is that he treats his staff and hygienists with respect, and is never above doing a "hygienist task". You get a lot of face time with him!

Prompt, professional and friendly. Going to the dentist is never fun, per se, but they make it as painless as possible. The doc is very knowledgable, makes you feel comfortable and is not pushy at all. I also appreciated that they double checked our insurance and seemed to really care about giving us an accurate quote for upcoming dental work. This was our first appointment and will definitely continue to see Dr. Labombard as his practice grows.

Dr. Labombard was AWESOME! I have a fear of dentists and had to get a tooth pulled. He numbed me really good and the tooth was out quickly. Also, my daughter has the same problem and the dental hygienist, Kim, explained everything to her and made the experience not scary, but fun! I will have no problem getting her back. THE PRICES ARE AMAZINGLY LOW COST! WE LOVE OUR NEW DENTAL OFFICE!

I had some issues with my insurance company and not only were the staff patient and kind, they were also super helpful. Everyone was warm and lovely and I feel like the care I received was top notch. Dr. Labombard practices "conservative care" and is realistic about what treatment is required and when. They even gave me recommendations for a dentist in the new city where I'm moving.
