“Four years ago, I went to a dentist in Florida that traumatized me and I vowed that I would never go to another dentist again. Just thought of it gives me chills. However, I had a cracked tooth and really excruciating pain so I had no choice but to look for a dentist near me. I am soooooooooo extremely happy that I found Dr. Sharma. She assured me that I wouldn’t feel anything that I would be well taken care of. I wanted my tooth extracted because I vowed to never have a root canal again after that traumatic experience in Florida. Dr. Sharma assured me that she could save my tooth and that would save me money by not having to have a root canal. I was all for that. The overall experience was fantastic. I didn’t feel a thing. The staff was fantastic and friendly. I am soooooooooo happy that I found this dentist. Such a positive experience for me. I look forward to having the rest of my work done here. I rarely write reviews, but my experience at Grand Oaks Dentistry was troubling. I needed a new dentist and chose this office based on its 4.5-star rating. However, their policy requires a consultation before a cleaning, which seemed more about booking extra appointments and possibly exploiting insurance. I was told I grind my teeth severely and needed a custom night guard, which felt like a hard sell despite my lack of symptoms. They also recommended filling three cavities and a future crown. Concerned, I sought a second opinion from my previous dentist, who found no need for a crown, determined the cavities didn’t need attention, and saw no signs of grinding. The discrepancy was alarming, and it felt like a high-pressure upsell. I’ll be returning to my old dentist, despite the longer drive. Be cautious and get a second opinion if you feel pressured.

Highly recommend. I am a period patient and everyone was great and thorough. Going to the dentist is not anyone's favorite thing, but all my appointments at Grand Oaks have honestly been a much more comfortable experience than I've experienced in the past.

Very VERY clear on explaining what needed to be done. Also got 2 other follow up appointments scheduled to take care of everything and they are within the next 2 weeks. Also set up my future care as to not go over my insurance cap for the year, they didn’t have to do that but I cannot describe how much I appreciate it.

Best experience I’ve had at the dentist hands down. Dr. Dimple (and the WHOLE staff) is awesome. She is kind, honest & transparent and doesn’t beat around the bush which I appreciate. She is so knowledgeable, and makes sure you understand everything she is saying, without rushing you (which was common in my past experiences). She walked me through all my x-rays, and explained everything we were seeing. I’ve always been afraid of the dentist, but she made me feel at ease the entire time. I’m recommending her to all my friends and family!

Dr. Dimple is an angel from above. Her and her team are extremely sweet and accommodating. I had not been to a dentist in years due to a traumatizing experience, and she assured me that although I had to have a deep cleaning, I would feel no pain.
They all really care about their patients, and you can definitely tell.
I can't recommend this office enough! I am now excited about taking care of my dental health. :)

I'm new to Texas. During my evaluation (she included me, where other dentists have not), and explained overall health and how it plays a crucial role in dental health.
She explained everything in detail, and answered all of my questions. I learned things about my own dental (& all over health), that I never connected to issues I was having. Wonderful bedside manner! The staff was really friendly, and professional. I've found my dentist!

My first visit, Dr. Sharma walked me through a plan for my teeth. No pressure, one on one, made sure I understood everything. Friendliest, most caring doctor I have met. Dr. Sharma has an excellent bedside manner, is professional, kind, and thoroughly explains all aspects of every procedure before beginning. The staff is also kind and helpful, and goes over all the billing details before any procedure to make sure you're ok with them before starting. I recommend Dr. Sharma without reservations.
