The front desk staff was very friendly when I first walked in. Since I had completed my paperwork prior to visiting the office, the process moved very quickly.
After moving into the exam room, Janna the hygienist was cordial and very professional. She went about her duties efficiently. Dr. Silva examined me. He provided a very detailed and lengthy conversation about my treatment plan. He answered all my questions in a manner that I understood. Dr. Silva too is very professional in his demeanor. I enjoyed my visit to the office but I do not have dental phobia.

Dr. Silva and his staff treated my son amd me as if we are the most important people they know. The caring and professionalism displayed was excellent. Both my son and me will continue receiving excellent care from this amazing staff. Every staff member i associated with was knowledgable, polite, took their time and grateful to have us there. I highly recommend Dr. Silva and his staff.

Friendly, helpful staff. Reasonable wait time (there was an emergency case that popped up right before my appointment, otherwise it would have been on time). Dr. Silva is knowledgeable and has a great sense of humor. Would recommend him to anyone!
