About Dr. Steven Yarbrough

We will be considered Out-Of-Network for all dental insurances. Dr. Yarbrough is a distinguished dentist who opened his office in 1979 and is dedicated to ongoing training. He earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery from the University of Texas, San Antonio, and completed a Residency in General Practice at the David Grant United States Air Force Medical Center. Additionally, he has advanced training in implant surgery through Zimmer Biomet. His goal is to give you a better experience with comfortable care and more services under one roof. Through his dedication, he earned his fellowship in the Academy of General Dentistry (AGD), which requires more than 500 hours of educational courses plus a rigorous exam. Our Austin dentist represents a small group of general dentists who are committed to continuing education and professional development. He’s one of only 7% of AGD dentists who have achieved this honor. As an industry leader, Dr. Yarbrough paves the way for better patient care in dentistry and is recognized by Austin Monthly and Texas Monthly as an outstanding dentist in both the city and state. In his free time, you can find Dr. Yarbrough dodging cars on his road bike, playing cowboy on the ranch here in Central Texas, or wandering the San Juan Mountains of Southwestern Colorado.
