More about Dr. Carye Riley, DDS
Dr. Riley earned a Doctor of Dental Science degree from the University of Tennessee in 2001. After earning her dental degree, she worked in Arkansas with her father and brother for a short amount of time. She then moved to Atlanta and was an associate in a private dental practice in Lawrenceville for seven years.
Dr. Riley is an active member of the Georgia Dental Association as well as the American Dental Association. She was recognized as a 2011 America's Top Dentist and 2011 Cambridge Who's Who. In 2004, she married Jeff, an Atlanta native. Together they have a daughter and a son who are two years apart in age.
Before having kids, Dr. Riley loved to travel and still tries to travel a little when given the opportunity. When she is not busy practicing dentistry, she enjoys spending time with family and friends and reading.

good overall
below are a few recommendations to improve customer service:
- notification to confirm visit prior to visit day
- greeting by the front desk upon arrival or at least say good morning back and make eye contact
- employees need to introduce them selves so the customer knows who is doing what

Her assistant had a much nicer bedside manner and was much more appropriate and professional. Dr. Riley gave me the impression she was done with me before she began since there was little she could do -- which I explained in depth before my visit with her. She was also dressed in spandex, which is a little disconcerting from what you'd expect from a professional.
