Dr. Chea Rainford has been practicing dentistry in the great state of Georgia for close to 10 years. He attended University of West Georgia where he majored in Chemistry and minored in Biology. After graduation, he went onto to attend The Medical College of Georgia School of Dentistry in Augusta, Georgia where he graduated with a Doctorate of Medical Dentistry.
In his spare time, Dr. Rainford spends time with his lovely wife and his young daughter. He is an avid Falcons and Braves fan. He and his wife are active with their local church and participate with various charities and volunteer work.

I went in for a filling because my tooth was in pain. He told me he couldnt' do anything for the tooth that actually hurt and he filled a different tooth. My tooth still hurts and I wasted time off work going to see him. I'll have to go somewhere else to fix the problem.

The office was clean in neat in the front, the back is an entirely different story. The "room", a large room with a not even 3/4 dividing wall, was unorganized and very cluttered. I could see another patient's head while I was sitting in the chair. The assistant who cleaned my teeth put on gloves and then touched everything she possibly could and with the same gloves, she came back to me. In the middle of my cleaning, the assistant got up to help another assistant with a different patient. I could see her hovering above the other patient. Again, she never changed gloves. I left worrying about all of the germs I may have come in contact with. Because this office, in my opinion, was far from sterile; I decided to not have the rest of my teeth worked on here. I've requested a copy of my X-rays to give them to another dentist, but I am still waiting.

The visit was very none personal. He did not do a good job pulling my tooth. I was in lots of pain afterwards i don't believe he knew how to deaden nerve for a tooth pull. I would not recommend him to anyone.

**one thing, appt via ZocDoc made was not on Doctors schedule. Next time I will physically call the Doctors office to confirm appt rather than rely on ZocDoc appt confirmation email.

The dentist office staff was pleasant. It was a bit of a wait because it was my initial visit with Dr. Rainford. I do appreciate the late Weds. hours (up to 7PM closing time.) I am going back to this dentist and believe he did a great job explaining my treatment, as well as, getting my dental plan worked out accordingly.

I normally don't think anything of decor but it was something about this office that really made me feel comfortable. The staff was nice and professional. I truly do not believe there is any such thing as a great dental visit. I mean, no one likes going to the dentist. It hurts. But, this office is different and you can tell as soon as you come in. Reception is warm and immediately acknowledged my presence. The hygienist is warm, funny and gave me the frequent short breaks I need. She is awesome. Dr. Rainford is caring and professional. This is the most technologically advanced office I have ever been in. I will be dragging my husband in!
