An Atlanta native, Dr. Jacob Perlow earned his Doctor of Dental Medicine from the University of Florida and has spent years perfecting his craft while designing a high-quality dental care experience for his valued patients. He's passionate about transforming smiles and specializes in providing the latest cosmetic dental procedures with incredible results.
Although he attended the two rival SEC schools, Dr. Perlow is an avid Georgia Bulldog fan. He's actively involved in a variety of community outreach programs and has volunteered on international dental mission trips.

I first thought that I finally found my new dentist office until they told me they don't take both my insurances not because it wasn't active simply because they don't want to bother with the hassle of secondary insurance. The person that was handling my teeth was AMAZING. 6 stars he was patient and understanding. The paying process just felt very SCAMISH. Very predatory! The staff seemed amazing besides the payment lady but ultimately she works for the main guy and he sets the rules. All in all if the payment process wasn't horrible I would continue but I know a scam when I see it!

Everyone in the office was very friendly I also liked that they have a tv on the ceiling for you to watch while they operate and you are in a room by yourself with the doctor and hygienist so you have privacy

Had a very good experience yesterday during my first visit to Dr. Jacob Perlow’s practice. Since my longtime dentist retired I’ve been looking for a friendly personable practice where you feel relaxed and taken care of. For me this is a good fit. I liked the reviews for Napoleon and asked for him to do my cleaning. He accommodated all my quirks necessary for me to be relaxed; he provided one of the best cleanings I’ve had. Dr. Perlow was thorough and seemed truly glad to have me as a new patient. There was no pressure to consider services I didn’t need…unfortunately I’d encountered that at the couple of “corporate” practices I’d tried before I found Dr. Perlow. The office space is very well thought out and attractive. I took advantage of the good selection of coffee pods and waters as I was leaving.

I had such a great experience at this dental office from start to finish! The moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm smile from the receptionist, who was absolutely delightful and made the check-in process quick and easy.
I received my cleaning from Jazmin, and she was incredible — so gentle, thorough, and friendly. She made me feel super comfortable and took the time to explain everything she was doing, which I really appreciated.
Dr. Perl was amazing as well! Professional, kind, and very attentive. He made sure to answer all my questions and didn’t rush through the visit at all. I left feeling confident and well taken care of.

It was first appointment at PerlSmile. Everyone in the office was very professional and pleasant. It was absolute pleasure to be greeted and assisted by Ms. Barbara.
Technician Jazmine did a wonderful job examining and cleaning my mouth. My mouth felt clean and fresh. I was grinning from ear to ear.
Dr. Perlow provided additional evaluations and recommendations which assisted me in planning my future treatment. I would advise anyone looking for a good dentist to consider choosing PerlSmile.

Everyone hates the dentist let’s be honest. They’re white walls with big overhead lights with people all up in your mouth. BUT this office was by far the best experience. The office was break and colorful making a warm environment. The staff was so friendly and genuinely attentive. The nurse joy made me calm even with my nerves. Dr. Perlow was communicating my comfort the entire time and make sure the whole experience was nothing short of easy for me. I couldn’t recommend a better office. They’re a new office that I hope to recommend to everyone I know.

Such a welcoming office and pleasant visit! The staff is so friendly and personable. Jasmine did a wonderful job on my cleaning and made the process very comfortable. As someone with severe anxiety going to the dentist after having horrible experiences prior, the doctors at this office immediately made me feel more comfortable than I ever have inside a dental office. From the sweet woman working the front desk that went above and beyond to break down my future bills and appointments and work with my insurance, to both of the dentists I saw that calmed my nerves and assured me they would only take things at my pace.

I am someone that extreme dental-phobia from so many bad dental visits. I told this information to Ms. Barbara during my initial call. She assured me that things would be different at PERL Smile with Dr. Perlow. She told me that Brittany was really good and that I could trust her in giving me a great New Patient experience. I arrived 30 minutes early and Ms. Barbara was so kind and caring. I felt comfortable right away. Brittany noticed that I was getting nervous and she really worked with me. I had an awesome visit and though I have a lot of dental work ahead of me, Dr. Perlow was kind, caring, empathetic, and he listened to me so attentively. For my next appointment, I feel confident that I can make it. My nerves were so bad and my anxiety was so high that my BP was a bit elevated. I just felt really thankful to walk away feeling like I can finally have someone that will help me with my fears after so many bad experiences. Thank you. I highly recommend!!!
