Dr. Christina Chang-LeMone has been providing general and cosmetic dental care in the SF Bay Area since 2004. She has a vision beyond just Dentistry which focuses on a holistic result. She also believes strongly in devising a customized treatment plan that is specially designed for each patient. Her dedication to patients goes beyond just Dentistry. Every year, Dr. Chang-LeMone devotes a significant amount of time taking continuing educational courses to ensure that you receive the most premier and highest-level dental care possible. Absolutely horrible. Do not go see her unless you want to be treated like a small child and be told horror stories of other patient’s teeth the whole time you’re getting exams and cleanings. I have already booked another dentist appointment with someone more qualified. Go read her yelp reviews before you go to see in more detail how much this office is a money pit and scam. I wish I would’ve done so before I wasted my time.

She and her dental assistant are nice and interested in ensuring you are comfortable. I have sensitive teeth and I really appreciated the dentist taking measures to ensure I had minimal discomfort and checked in with me often about any pain.

Dr. Chang-Lemone and the whole team at Laurel Dental are great. Everyone is nice and they take the time to explain to you about the procedures and the pricing. I also feel like Dr. Chang genuinely cares about the health of my teeth and educating me on how to take better care of them. I have been very impressed with my experience so far and would totally recommend Laurel Dental.

I have been going to Dr. Chang-LeMone for a few years now. I am always seen on time, I love her nice friendly staffs. In addition, the office is always introducing new technologies and services to provide better patient care. Among the various new services they offer, Orthodontics is one of them. My neighbor, who had the 6 Month Smile Braces done by Dr. Chang-LeMone, was able to get her crooked teeth straighten after just 6 months. That was just purely amazing!

This is my first visit at Laurel Dental. I am impressed with Dr. Chang, and her staffs are very friendly. The facility is bright and clean and the equipment is well maintained. Dr.Chang is caring, gentle and she patiently explained everything that I am not clear. Also, in the past, I've gone to some dentists who reminded me of high-pressure car salesmen trying to hard sell unnecessary items even in my first dental visit. With Dr. Chang, she only recommended me the one that I need to do.

Technician was sick and coughing all over the place while operating. Had little regard of my concern for radiation from the X-rays. They took 10 x-rays and accidentally deleted it in front of me so had to re-take. Didn't feel they were very honest from general teeth convo to billings.

I liked that I didn't have to wait too long before the hygienist came. She informed me of what the appointment entails before getting started. She was fast and efficient. The doctor was nice and knowledgeable. She took the time to get to know me. She also spent time to explain the necessary treatment, how long it will take and how much it will cost. No unpleasant surprises in this office. Everything is discussed before anything is done. I like that. Great job dr Chang and staff.

I ended up picking this dentist due to the yelp reviews. They are as everyone says: extremely friendly, smiles everywhere, and extremely efficient.
When I first called to scheduled the appointment, the office was closed and come to find out the Dr. Chang closed the office for a couple of days so everyone could go to a continuing education class (this is a one dentist establishment ! which I love!).
Their office is simple but done very comfortably and neat. The receptionist, Tanya, is very friendly and takes the time to explain the specific forms, the reasons for the forms, and how my insurance worked. While filling the forms out there were one other patient waiting. I was very surprise how quickly they received him and had him in the back since they just open literally 5 minutes before 9 am.
My own wait was short, a mere couple of minutes, before Gladys called for me. Gladys explained at the very beginning what she will be doing with me and during each process (x-rays, measurements, cleaning, etc) she talks me through each step and what she's looking for (good or bad). My dentists in the past would do the cleaning after the exam but at Laurel Dental, they did everything prior to the doctor coming in which I really like and you would think that would be more common since you'd be "fresh and clean" for the dentist. Gladys is great even with me pestering her about whitening information. She provided me with her experience, cost, what insurance covers and why certain things aren't, and told me the pros and cons of their two options.
Dr. Chang was friendly, along with her staff. I was a little surprise she examined the x-ray results in her office rather with me considering how her staff talked me through everything. I was in their office a total of 90 minutes. But during that short time, she checked my mandible for issues, did an oral cancer check, and of course checked my teeth (again, the only dentist I've ever had to do all those check!).
Overall, I'm extremely happy with my experience and glad I went to this office!

My visit was very pleasant. The office atmosphere was very relax and friendly. Dr Chang was kind enough to stop when I need to rest during the procedure. Tanya hooked me up a good deal in my payment plan. I will definitely recommend Dr Chang to my friends.

The doctor is very nice, however the staff and office is weird. They seem to have trouble understanding that working full time means not having the whole day for a dentist appointment. It took me 2 visits for a dental cleaning and x-rays, about 3 additional phone calls to schedule an appointment that suited the assistant only to find out that they didn't have any other patient after me anyways. I also didn't like the office - everything is slightly old and I didn't feel like coming back.
