Really good and friendly Service! The building was under construction when visiting so it was a little hard to find. And the office could have been a little cleaner being a dentals office. But the brilliant service made the experience great.

I had a bit of a dental "emergency" and my regular dentist was away. I found Dr. Ferragamo by using Zocdoc to find someone very close to where I live. Then I needed to find someone who could take me that same day. When I called, the woman in the office said if I could get there within the hour he would see me. (It was the eve of a Jewish holiday.) I got there - the office person was wonderful, kind and very helpful. Dr. Ferragamo was wonderfully friendly and extremely competent. He took care of my urgent problem and directed the office person to charge me only a very small fee. The woman tracked down my insurance info because I didn't have my card nor my plan information. She submitted the claim and told me not to pay anything then. If there was an amount due she would contact me later. The whole experience was so easy and friendly;stress-free.

Very efficient, friendly staff, excellent office and waiting area.
I am very sensitive to pain, but the Hygienist was great and very gentle. Dr. Ferragamo was also understanding of my sensitivity and I did not feel any pain during my procedure. Wpuld definitely recommend this office and Dr!

Dr. Ferragamo was excellent! He was professional and friendly. Also, the hygienists and all other office staff were really nice and ensured all patients were comfortable during their wait time and throughout the appointment. Highly recommend!

I reccently moved to NYC and haven't been impressed with physicians thus far at all. I was pleasantly surprised with this Dentist and staff. From the moment I walked in my experience was pleasant and professional all while remaining personable. Highly recommend this office!

The offices were really nice, all of the front desk staff very welcoming, and the X-ray tech and dental hygienist were more than accommodating and friendly. Dr. Ferragamo was also great and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a highly qualified dentist.

I booked an early morning appointment and pre-filled out all my paperwork. The receptionists were very helpful, direct and friendly (friendly, is often hard to find!). The dental hygienist was efficient, and explained what she was going along the way. The dental assistant was also very friendly during the x-rays. Dr. Ferragamo was quick and friendly. All in all, highly recommend due to very efficient and friendly service.

They worked with me on my x-ray issues/anxieties and gave me a gel on my gums to numb them slightly during the cleaning. They took care of all of my insurance questions and set up the next routine visit on the spot. My new go-to dental practice!

Dr. Ferragamo was either extremely hung over or still drunk when I visited last. It was one of the worst experiences I've ever had. His hands were shaking and his breath reeked of liquor.
