The whole office was very welcoming. From the moment I walk in, Adriana greeted me with a smile and a nice welcome. Considering it was early in the morning the day before New Year's Eve, she was very kind, professional and welcoming to me, a first time patient. Tori, the dental assistant was just as welcoming. She was kind and open to engaging in small conversations to create a very comfortable environment. Dr. Ly was awesome. Despite me not being to the dentist in awhile, she and Tori did not give me a guilt trip, rather they expressed appreciation for me willing to finally take that step back into the dental seat. Overall all the whole office was great and the experience was even better. Adriana clearly explained to me my insurance coverage details regarding the deep cleaning treatment I received before it began so I knew what to expect. They also gave me referrals to other offices for additional work. It was also nice to have Pandora playing in the background during the cleaning. I highly recommend Friendly Family Dental. I'm glad I found them.

Dr. Cindy Ly graduated from the prestigious University of California, San Francisco School of Dentistry and went on to further her training at the University of the Pacific Advanced Education in General Dentistry program. Since then, she has spent many years practicing in the Inland Empire for large dental groups. As much as Dr. Ly enjoyed working in group practices, she always wanted a friendly family atmosphere that only a smaller, private dental practice can offer. For this reason, she and her husband ventured in creating this beautiful dental office for you, your friends, and your family to share with them in sunny San Diego.
Patients can expect Dr. Ly to be kind, compassionate, and knowledgeable. She's informative and will explain dental treatment and conditions in words that patients can clearly understand. Dr. Ly and staff handled my first time visit smoothly and professionally. From checking out my insurance to the deep cleaning the visit was outstanding. Will definitely go back for more work on these old teeth.

Dr. Lee was very gentle and kind. Her bedside manner is excellent. Her receptionist and dental assistants are amazing as well. I am glad I found her on ZocDoc. She has given me the most extensive and easy to understand explanations I've ever received at a dentist. Love her and will make her my primary dentist.

I absolutely love this doctors office. The staff was very sweet and welcoming, I felt very comfortable the moment I walked in. I felt like they had my best interest at heart and wanted me to have the best experience possible and to have healthy beautiful teeth! I already recommended a few friends to go here. And I have to say the personal card and tooth brush and tooth paste goody bag was a sweet touch. I'm so glad I came across them you will be too!

Dr. Ly was very sincere & very caring. She made sure that I was comfortable throughout my entire appointment. She was very meticulous & careful when it came to pick out a shade for my front crown. I am so glad she did b/c it turned out perfectly! Finally, after 3 awful looking crowns done by previous dentists, I finally have a crown that looks so natural. I love it. Highly recommend Dr. Ly & her wonderful staff at Friendly Family Dentist.

This was the most amazing dental experience i have ever had. I learned information from Dr. Ly that no one had told me before, her staff was awesome and the deep cleaning i got was great! All her positive reviews are spot on and i will be recommending all of my friends to her practice!
