Dr. Dalia Jamma has been practicing dentistry since 2001. She earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) School of Dentistry. During her time at UCLA, she was awarded the Qoun Family Scholarship and recognized for Academic Excellence, Outstanding Leadership, and Professional Services, along with many other honors. Dr. Jamma was selected among the top three students in her class to advance her skills through advanced implant surgical courses, as well as to refine her restorative techniques, including veneers, crowns, and bridges. Throughout her career, Dr. Jamma has pursued numerous continuing education courses, including full mouth rehabilitation, implant-based full mouth reconstruction, zygomatic implants, and cosmetic-focused full mouth veneers and crowns. She was also recognized as one of the top three dentists in San Diego for TeethXpress—a procedure where an entire new set of teeth can be placed on four, five, or six dental implants, typically in one day. Dr. Jamma finds joy in embracing new technologies and advancements in dentistry. She was among the first dentists in San Diego to bring 3D imaging (CT scan) to her offices. She also uses digital designs and in-house 3D printers, allowing her to have full control in fabricating beautiful outcomes for her beloved patients. Dr. Jamma is a firm believer in knowing the person behind the teeth and being gentle with their mouth, teeth, and soul. To ensure patient comfort, she provides advanced relaxation techniques, including TVs with headsets in each room, pillows, blankets, the "tell-show-do" method with detailed explanations, nitrous oxide, and sedation dentistry when needed. She loves treating her patients as if they were members of her own family.
