Dr. Claudia Ardila is an experienced dentist with more than 15 years working with community-based hospitals and in private practice. She is originally from Colombia where she received her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree in 2003 from Javeriana University and was a distinguished assistant professor at the General Practice department. She completed her residency in Advanced General Dentistry at the University of Miami Hospital/ Jackson Memorial Hospital Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Department in Miami, FL in 2012, where she graduated with honors. She also completed a Dental Implant Fellowship with the International Dental Implant Association where she continues to be an active and a honorable member. Dr. Ardila received a Masters degree in Dental Clinical Research in 2006 and she has a vast experience as a didactic educator, lecturer, clinical instructor, and mentor of several
Grant-funding protocols and dental clinical trials. She is an active member of the ADA, NVDS and VDA. Dr. Ardila loves music and she plays the Church organ since the age of 8. She has performed in multiples scenarios including the Embassy and Consulate of Colombia in Washington D.C, the Embassy of Bolivia, the Norhern virginia medical Society, between others. She is fluent in English and Spanish.
