I came at 9 when the office was supposed to be open, it wasn't. Receptionist did not come until 9:30 AM, very dissapointed with the wait because I had work, but the staff were great to accommodate the missing time.

Very unprofessional staff. Dentist was rushing because I was the last appointment and did not do a thorough job. She also sprayed water all over my face and cut my lip with her tool. Would NOT recommend.

I had an awful experience getting my cavities filled at Prime Time Dental. Months later and I can still feel the edges of my fillings, my teeth are still sore. Not to mention that the dental assistant did not care at all that the X-rays were cutting into my mouth, and only when I started to bleed decided that I didn't need to fully close my mouth after all.

She was very quick but explained everything in detail what she was doing. I was a first time patient and got a cleaning done. She noticed I had one small cavity and upon checking out I was asked if I wanted to get the cavity treated while I was there so i didn't have to come back! I would definitely recommend this dentist.

I came to this dentist after reading the reviews online (and after several months of looking for a new dentist). I was extremely nervous after not having been in quite some time. The dental hygienist who did my x-rays and cleaning was fantastic! She was extremely professional and sweet. Her and Dr Goh both made me feel extremely comfortable and at ease. I would recommend to anyone.

Dr Goh was great. Explained what was going on in a thorough and pleasant manner. I was in and out of the chair (with xrays) in under 20 minutes and felt fully confident in her diagnosis. The staff were all very nice.
The office itself is another matter. I filled in all the information on ZocDoc so it would be ready when I arrived (I only had to sign HIPPA forms in office, taking a less than 5 minutes to read and complete). I arrived about 15 minutes early anyway to make sure everything went smoothly. It did not. It took an hour for them to "get my insurance" figured out. No one alerted me to the issue until nearly the end of that hour wait. I'm uncertain why this took so long as this was not explained and why it couldn't have been done with the electronic information I sent over.
In the exam room: you share the room with another patient which was a weird experience for me. Yes there is a divider but it is a little off-putting to be receiving any medical treatment when you know someone else is less than 10 feet away

Entire staff was kind and professional. Lady at the front desk was EXTREMELY helpful (I literally watched her sucessfully sign in 4-5 new patients all while answering their questions and helping me confirm my insurance info)! My appt. was with Dr. Connie, and she was very nice and didn't make me feel as shameful for not flossing everyday like most dentists do! I was a little skeptical coming here based on the previous reviews I saw...but I'm glad I did.

Very short and rushed!!!!! wore gloves from previous patient into room patient was still receiving care came in and seen me for 5-7 minutes. Seems to know her job but I wasnt allotted any time I spent more time waitint for me visit. And I waited in exam room for an additional hour for her to exam my teeth for 5 minutes with recommendations.

The office staff was very unfriendly and the office itself looked run-down. I thought that Dr. Goh seemed nice, but then, while she was working on my teeth and I was watching the news, a video of Barack Obama came on. Talking to the assistant, she hissed "I hate his ugly face!" and went back to work on me. You can be of any political persuasion you want, but I found this interaction very odd, especially since this was one of the few things she said during our whole encounter. I tried to thank her for her work after it was done, but she was too busy rushing out of the room to the next patient.

I just can't wait till I find a dentist who helps you modify your flossing behavior with a method that isn't the typical "shame & scare". It's just not proven to be an effective motivational tactic and, I suspect, it discourages people from visiting their dentist regularly.

They lied about biking Mngr until after the fact per My Insurance company. Then upon arrival I found out they failed to get authorization from my insurance company and cost me a babysitter for my two toddler boys and time off work. They said if I wanted coverage for my cavities to be covered go contact welfare. Then while calling my insurance they had s fight amongst each other cursing and screaming at their dental technician back and forth in Russian & English to the point I could hardly hear my insurance company on the telephone all the way in the waiting room. Now that they false billed I can't get an apt until 1/1/15 for an emergency visit they refused to diagnose and treat anyways after overcharging my copays illegally. I'm not sure if I will return despite the lack of dental providers in my area.

The office staff is mean. Birthday of my son in insurance record is incorrect and she told me I have to either pay first or calling my company to get info fixed immediately. If I pay first, they can refund to me when info fixed. Trusting people who chose to work for healthcare, I decided to pay myself and get refund later.
There was no problem with my child. Doctor was nice and explained to me clearly. There is no treatment required.
After the office staff charged my credit card, she told me it's the emergency fee and will not be refund. I booked on Zocdoc and chose "emergency pain" visit reason.
Beware if you visit this office. And if your English is not good to deal with this kind of people, choose other office.

I thought it was a good visit. It didnt take ad long as I thought it would. My appt was at 3 and i left at exactly 3:50 and that was after paperwork, etc. She was funny, attentive and took the time to answer my questions. It was like talking to someone ive known for a while. The guy at the front desk was just as nice with a good sense of humor. I will be returning this week and every time after.

I absolutely LOVE going to Primetime Dental, i even took my son to there just this past Monday and he,a 4yr old who doesnt like dentists, absolutely and completely enjoyed himself! Thays right he loves Dr Connie too just like I do, my husband also got great eork done there so last yr i started and as long as Dr Connie was there i totally was comfortable, and did fine. The reason why thats a big deal is both my son n I are TERRIFIED of gg etting any kind of dentistry at ALL! I used to HAVE TO BE KNOCKED OUT in order to let a dentist do anything to me since i had a phobia and a real bad anxiety toes to dentist. Sooo your in highly capable hands and in for some fabulous service ! So relax ,just kick up your feet and let the surprisingly awesome time begin!!! My whole family goes to her... n we all love going to her.... im here forever and so is my family! THANKS Dr Connie !!!! See you again in 2wks
