The support staff were great and I got an appoint for an urgent issue quickly. However I would have liked Dr. Meola to be a more active listener and empathetic to my situation - rather he was very curt, abrupt and didn’t really take the time to listen to my perspective or take the time to explain the reasoning/approach he was recommending.

I hadn't been to the dentist in 5+ years and made an appointment anticipating I would need some work done. The hygienist and Dr. Meola were both friendly (and GENTLE!) and talked me through what work I would need without being condescending. Beyond that, their procedure regarding COVID19 was clear and communicated well in advance; hand sanitizer was available everywhere, all staff were in protective PPE, and my interaction with other patients was minimal to none.

Everyone was covered with the proper coverings to protect me and themselves. The room I was in was very clean. I have been having my teeth taken care of from Dr. Meola and his staff for many years and will always continue with them for many years to come.

Great first visit. Reception staff were very friendly. After filling out a short form I was immediately shown into the examination room. The hygienist Henrik was professional and friendly, and Dr. Meola was also, as well as being informative about dental care. Happy with my choice.

very short wait, great bedside manner, usually explains in advance what he is going to do. Only complaint was that after an earlier appointment for fillings I had some mild pain for weeks- more/longer than I expected. The next set of fillings went better. Maybe just me, hard to tell how much is the quality of the job! Love that he's available some late afternoons/evenings so you can fit in around work hours

Having a little anxiety about going to the dentist, Dr. Meola made me feel at ease. Since I haven't been to a dentist in quite some time, all of the treatment that I need was explained to me in great detail by him and even when I had more questions, his staff was happy to answer them for me. I would highly recommend going to see him to all of my friends - whether they have dental fears or not.

He asked in a bit harsh way before treatment: "Do you have heart attack....." I said: Be polite. As long as you talk to me more softly with a smile, I have no problem at all. Over the two sessions, I felt like he sounded tough and not in a good manner. He attacks his patients with his such tough manner.
