This was my first visit, and everyone was great! Dr. Salloum was very thorough and clear in explaining the issues and the next steps. The clinic provided me with everything I needed to take an informed decision, and everyone was super nice as well!

I am from out of town and was experience pain overnight. I chose Dr. Salloum based on his previous reviews and I was not disappointed! The whole process was great...from the online booking, to the welcome texts/emails, the greetings from the office staff to the knowledgeable dental assistant and ending with the doctor, who possessed a genuine interest, had a comforting manner and listened and responded to all my concerns. He spent quality time with me regarding my upcoming procedures, offered advise and left me feeling very comfortable with the procedures to come. I would highly recommend Dr. Salloum and his staff!

I have always been afraid of the dentist, and had bad experiences in the past. Every person I met with here was so friendly and kind and understanding. They went above and beyond and I felt much less embarrassed and afraid. I couldn’t recommend them enough. My hygienist was fantastic and Dr. Rami was kind and did a great job explaining everything to me. Booking was easy and quick and they all communicate very well!

Finding a dentist in the Boston area was not easy. Once I did, I was very happy to be in the office of Dr. Rami Salloum. The staff at the reception desk was outstanding. They dealt with several “hiccups” of my dental insurance in an expedited and professional manner. Even though they I could not resolve them before my appointment, they were gracious about it and worked on fixing it without a problem.
The dental hygienist, Stephanie, was, as Dr. Salloum, the consummate professionals. From the moment I met them, I felt comfortable and in good hands.
As a new patient who move to the Boston area recently, I couldn’t be happier with having found a dental office that I will go to again and again and will recommend to any of my friends.

The office was nice and employees were friendly. They were great at checking estimates for future services like a night guard. They were prompt and ready to work with me as soon as I arrived. The only downside to my entire appointment (which could definitely be stylistic) was that my cleaning was a bit painful compared to other offices. I was flossed three times and the water pick was a bit harsh. Otherwise, great service!

I was having tooth pain and I went to google at 9pm at night. I seen that this doctor had a great rating so I made an appointment for the next day. I have not been to the dentist for a while due to bad experience, but once I was there it made everything better. It started from the front desk to dental assistant. I loved his reassurance that everything will be ok. He made me feel safe and I would recommend him to anyone!!! Thank you!!!!

Dr. Rami Salloum was not only extremely kind and welcoming but an excellent dentist. They were able to operate on my teeth with absolutely no pain or discomfort. The staff at Citi Dental Brookline were all extremely helpful and gracious in answering all of my questions. I highly recommend Citi Dental and Dr. Rami Salloum to anyone looking for a new dentist!
