I had a Bon grafting for an evaluation implants , Doctor made a professional wark and was attentive to the details. And I was 30 minut late for my appointment, when I arrived Doctor started work with me right away, even I know that appointments are booked for whole week.

He and his staff are lovely.
I didnt even have to wait two minutes.
He is gentle, thorough and explains things as he is doing them.

complicated cases other dentists wouldn't try.

Dr Shtern has everything a patient needs for his/her care: precision, professionalism, warmth, deep care. The staff is very pleasant, accommodating and attentive. The new office is inviting, the very modern equipment is sparkly.

I would never recommend this doctor. I went for cleaning , which was not all done properly. He just brushed my teeth with toothpaste and flosser. 2) he said my teeth had less enamel and recommended bonding or veener. When I asked what is bonding or veener, he responded " it's something we put in the tooth.". I attempted to reframe my question and the still he said " what do you want me say more... It's a procedure". He did not explain what is exactly is bonding/ veener consist of.

I have been a patient of Dr. Shtern for many years and the level of professionalism, care, empathy are the highest level a patient can hope for! I am always looking forward to the visit to dentist and I think that is almost a contradiction in terms but it certainly is a reality for me! An enormous thank you Dr. Shtern and his wonderful staff!
