Beyond friendly and accommodating staff. Easy to get to. Very clean offices, zero wait time. I feel so much better since coming in and am happy to continue coming here. The staff listened and took into account all of my questions and requests. Worked with my time sensitive requests and had great communication. Dr. Aronowitz and his entire team are wonderful and I would absolutely recommend!

I enjoy coming to work every day because I believe I am making a difference in people's lives. The interactions I have with so many different people from so many different backgrounds and cultures makes each day unique and fulfilling. It is rewarding to see the reaction when a patient’s treatment is complete or when I treat a person with facial pain, relieving them of discomfort and letting them return to a life without pain. It has truly been a pleasure to positively affect the lives of those around me.

Stay away! Dr Aronowitz is fine, but the receptionist is terrible and a nightmare for the following reasons:
-She said she wasn't receiving any response or payment from my insurance, however when I called my insurance they said they had already sent responses and paid for part of my costs.
-After my first appointment, I was charged a "late fee" less than two weeks later because insurance supposedly hadn't gotten back (and supposedly still hasn't).
-Second appointment charged another "late fee" less than two weeks later since insurance still supposedly hadn't responded
-I believe there's some sort of call/email screening for any patients with billing questions/issues, I kept calling, leaving voice mails, and emailing with questions about insurance and billing issues with no response after the first few emails, but the moment I used a different phone number they picked up on the first ring. I am able to consistently reproduce this.
-When my call finally went through after I switched numbers, in the middle of my questions she put me on hold and never came back. Or at least, after 15 min I gave up.

I made an appointment with Dr. Aronowitz through zoc doc sometime in the middle of the night. He called me immediately the next day to discuss the health issue I was sensing. He then had me bypass the appointment I had scheduled with him, and was able to get me squeezed in to immediately see an oral surgeon. So amazing! My pain is gone, and just in time for the holidays!

Excellent visit and subsequently my husband and three children have been to visit him. Very thorough in his approach, kind and sensitive to children, and excellent in his follow-up.

The staff is all very friendly and they were all accomodating to my needs. Everyone was attentive to my comfort and to making the visit as pleasant as possible.

I have been a patient at BSDC since 2006. My largest concern when choosing a dentist is finding someone who can eliminate the pain, stress & anxiety that can accompany fillings & other treatments. In this area, the staff at BSDC are stellar & highly recommended.
