First time at this Dentist Office. The Staff starting from the Front desk to the Dental Assistants in the back were fast and efficient. Registered me as a new patient. Very polite and professional this includes Dr. Fraenkel. He was very precise, honest and instructional after procedure. Awesome Crew.

Today was my first time visiting ,and it went well. The front desk staff were very sweet and welcoming . Dr Fraenkel greeted me very well, made me feel comfortable right away . I needed a procedure to be done , and he did amazing. 100% will be returning!

I arrived 10 minutes late. It wasn’t a big deal. Reception staff very nice. Xray tech, dental assistant and dentist were all great. Dr Fraenkel was very matter of fact what he could do with my teeth. Visit wasn’t long at all and I love the evening hours so I don’t have to miss work.

Dr. Fraenkel was knowledgeable and professional, as was his staff.
The hygienist that did the cleaning did a decent job considering my coffee stains and berry smoothy habit. However, she was a little rough and messy. I had to remove my glasses due to the excessive splashing (never had to in the past). My mouth filled completely with water multiple times. My shirt had cleaning paste all over it when I left.
I've had cleanings all my life and this was, by far, the roughest and the messiest. I am mostly satisfied with the end result although the back of one front tooth still feels like there is a bit of tartar remaining.

I have always dreaded going to the dentist, but the moment I was seen by Mr. Fraenkel he made me feel so at ease, he joked a lot with me to make me feel comfortable. The pain was so minimal and I have to say that it is worth the 30-1 hour wait. He is so good that I referred most of my family there and they totally are happy now!!
I am looking forward to my next 6 month check up. No one else will be touching my teeth!

The front desk could be a little more diligent, but it wasnt their fault that the visitors were chatting them up and slowing down their work.

Dr. Fraenkel was/is very knowledgeable and understood quite well the nature of my emergency and what needed to be done and although I am highly anxious and nervous, he would assure me that everything was okay. The wait was quite long perhaps because I went in on a Saturday, although I am not sure how things function or operate in that office as I am a new patient there.

The entire experience was awful. The dental office look like an assembly line. The employees, including the dentist were all in a rush. They didn't provide the patients with much information as to why they were using the instruments they were using or what needed to be done next. They kind of did the task & were onto the next patient. The dentist was very obnoxious, even to his fellow employees. They definitely lacked a level of compassion and professionalism for their patients. I will not be going back there.

It was unsanitary. I didn't see him wash his hand before coming to examine me nor did he put on gloves. He wore the same paper lab coat outside to pick up trash as he did when he came to do exam. Not a technological updated off either, lots of photo copy paper to complete. Out date equipment and everything was dusty.

The staff here is very friendly and professional. My dentist Dr. Fraenkel always does and excellent job on my mouth. The staff also interact with other very well this creates a warm and inviting atmosphere. I am always very pleased with the overall services.
