I feel as though I'm a special needs kind of person. It has been a long time since my last dentist appt and a lot of work will need to be done. They were very patient with me did not make me feel ashamed for the work that needs to be done. Over all the staff was very compassionate and understanding. Thank you for making my first visit as relaxing as possible.

Love this dentist ofc! The staff was all very friendly and funny and the dental hygienist kept me very informed during the cleaning so I didn't have to ask what this or that was for. Great service and I even recommended them to my coworkers ;)

The hygienist was out so the dentist did all of the cleanings. I waited three hours before my teeth were cleaned. The office should have called to reschedule. I missed half a day of work.

Every person I had interaction with was very good about explaining what they were doing and why. Offered options. Friendly environment.
I am not good at waiting. I understand things happen, but I think if a person has to wait more than 15 minutes, the people in the waiting room should have information. Maybe there is an acceptable time to wait in a doctor's office and I am not aware. This seems to occur in every doctor's office, not just this one. On the whole, I was very satisfied.
