I have to say that she has the best bedside manner of any medical professional I've ever seen. She kept me at ease, and even let me know I didn't need to get all of my wisdom teeth out (just the one impacted molar.) My teeth look terrific.

Found her through Zocdoc. I haven't been to a dentist in years and my options are limited by my HMO, so I went to her because she had high reviews. She definitely lives up to the hype. Friendly, professional, and works efficiently. I was really nervous and she put me at ease.

This is a great practice with a great group of staff. Each and every person who worked with me was warm and friendly, from reception to the X-ray technician to the doctor. I felt comfortable and at ease, especially since the office is well lit and very clean. Dr. Bhatt-Gupta herself was also amicable, knowledgeable, and did not seem rushed or distracted. I felt prioritized as her patient. She even filled 2 cavities without anesthetic—quickly and painlessly! I've never been able to have all work done in one visit. What a relief to not have to make additional appointments! Very impressed. Additionally, the dental hygienist who cleaned my teeth had a very full schedule, yet was still warm and friendly to me. She was extremely thorough in my cleaning and took extra care to get some pesky stains off that a previous hygienist (at a separate practice) had left behind. I will definitely go out of my way to return to this location for all future dental needs for as long as I live in Chicago. Highly recommend!

I received a "deep cleaning" that did virtually nothing and took about 15 minutes. At least three minutes of it consisted of the technician flossing my teeth for me. I was charged astronomically, out of pocket, for a non-service that was so much less effective and detailed than regular cleanings I have experienced in the past. I was pick-pocketed, basically.

I'm not one to leave reviews, positive or negative, but I feel compelled in this situation. Going to the dentist is never something we look forward to and, to be honest, it is very intimidating. Well my experience at Irving Park Family Dental with Dr. Bhatt-Gupta was nothing short of positive.
The office was cleanly and staff very well mannered and accommodating. I had little to no wait time before seeing Dr. for an exam where she confirmed exactly what a prior dentist had told me, a few cavities that needed fixing. She was even more conservative with one tooth where she wanted to wait to fill it. I was able to schedule the follow up appointment for the next day, a Saturday, where I was in and out within 45 minutes.
The procedure itself was as smooth as it would have possibly been. Dr. numbed me 1st, fixed a chip in my front tooth while the numbing set in and then went back to fill the cavity. She was very good at explaining what she was doing and to keep the mood light, even hummed to the music a bit while working. I've never had any real work done on my teeth so the fear of the unknown was the biggest thing for me and had I known how great Dr. Bhatt-Gupta was, I wouldn't have even been nervous.

I never knew that going to the dentist could be fun! The whole staff was amazing. The front desk greeted me right away and made me feel at home. The assistant was super friendly. Dr. Bhatt took her time and explained everything. The office manager went over all of my options in detail. I love this place!
