My appointment was canceled by dentist office twice. Once when I was at my appointment sitting for hours afterwards they told me I would have to come back next week to do my cleaning that I was originally scheduled for, I explained to them that I had driven over an hour to get to this appointment. I said ok and they rescheduled me for the following Friday at 1:00 pm. While on my way to my appointment I got a call that they had to cancel my appointment I told her that but I’m already few minutes away from the office which was way before my appointment time and I reminded her that I was coming from over an hour away. She still insisted on canceling my appointment without giving me any explanation. I’m truly disappointed in their unprofessional service.

They waited 5 minutes before my appointment (8:30am) to call for a reschedule/cancellation, despite 10 different emails asking me to confirm and informing me of their late policy which would bill me for not arriving on time. If they are going to have such a strict late policy, then they need to hold themselves to similar timeliness policy.
