“I had a wonderful experience at Ingber Dental. I had no wait time (did come early in the morning), hygienist was friendly and professional, they even played a nature documentary during my cleaning. I was seen by Dr. Khalil, not the original dentist I booked with, but he was great too. They did say ZocDoc doesn’t show the updated appointment availability (they were aware of my booking through ZocDoc but had to give me a different appointment time), so I recommend you call once you’ve booked and make sure. ”

I booked this appointment on zocdoc. I received MANY messages from zocdoc that this appointment was definitely happening. When I showed up at the office they had no record of my appointment. Nothing on their calendar at all. This was after they rescheduled the original appointment (also booked on zocdoc) for no particular reason.

Dr. Turpin was very professional and answered my questions. Also, the dental hygienist, LaVerne was very knowledgeable helped me come up with a dental health plan. I feel as though I found the right dental team for me. I look forward to my upcoming visits.

Dr. Turpin was fantastic, as were the hygienist and front desk staff. The facility was very clean and modern. They seem to prioritize patient care and there was no judgement. I’ve found my new dentist after a very challenging search!!

Worst experience I’ve had as a new customer. My appointment was confirmed two days prior. 15 minutes before my appointment I was notified that the “system” made a mistake and that my appointment was cancelled. I was in the parking garage of the building at the time of cancellation. The front desk was rude continuously talking over me providing no solution except to reschedule I live 40 minutes away and I took off work to make my appointment. 0/10 would never recommend
