About Dr. Amir Zamani

Dr. Zamani has been practicing general and cosmetic dentistry for over 15 years. A graduate of the University of Maryland, Baltimore College of Dental Surgery, where he earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree, Dr. Zamani has loved the field of dentistry since his youth. He is committed to better serving the general public and bringing the best of modern dentistry to his patients. After taking over the practice from his predecessor, Dr. Robert Sabatini, who founded it in 1966, he opened Advance Dental Care in 2007. Some of Dr. Zamani’s patients have been coming to Advance Dental Care Center for over 40 years!
Our patients know Dr. Zamani as a compassionate, caring, and trustworthy dentist. He continues to stay abreast of the latest technological advances and is involved with Spear Education—a leader in training and education in clinical excellence in dentistry. He is trained to utilize these advances, such as CEREC 3D milling, making it possible to have one-appointment, same-day crowns. He offers the best predictable cosmetic results by combining his orthodontic and restorative experiences. One of the first general dentists in the area to offer Invisalign to his patients, Dr. Zamani has over 15 years of training and experience with more than 1,000 cases and counting. He is a certified Invisalign Gold Plus member and a lifetime member of The United States Dental Institute, where he received additional extensive training in orthodontics. Dr. Zamani is also affiliated with the American Dental Association, Northern Virginia State Dental Association, and is a member of the International Congress of Oral Implantologists (ICOI), where he received extensive training in implant restoration.

I was late and frustrated by the ongoing construction as the detours were confusing and made me later than the scheduled time. The office staff called me and helped direct me while on the phone. Dr. Zamani was very insightful and detailed, he was exceptional with his recommendations and I was able to get scheduled for the following week to address my 20+ year old fillings.

There was so much construction and traffic surrounding the office, which caused me to be late. I was so frustrated I almost turned around and went back home. I got a phone call from the receptionist who provided detailed ddirections to help me find the address. She stayed on the phone with me the entire time. There was no wait time even though I was almost 3 minutes late to my appointment. The hygienist was super sweet, nice knowledgeable and professional. Her name is Kiana. The dentist provided great information and insight on how to improve
my dental hygiene. 100% recommend and return.

It's been a while since I've had dentists so nice and helpful. From my dentist, to the front desk staff, to the dental assistant/tech, amazing communication. They told me how busy it gets, but they seemed very collected and patient. I felt like their highest priority during my visit. They even walked outside to help me find the office before I even really had to ask. Every staff member was extremely kind, what a great team!
