Dr. Dina and her staff were very nice - I was shocked. The first thing the receptionist said to me after I told her who I was and that I was there for an appointment was, “Yes, Ashley? How are you today?” Then she looked away from her computer, looked me in the eye and *waited for a response*. I was so surprised at the genuinely considerate greeting - I’m so used to the normal drive-by pleasantries typically used by healthcare staff. That kind of sincere regard continued through to the hygienist (I think her name was Carmen) and Dr. Dina herself. It was an unexpected but happy surprise.
