The friendliness of the entire staff. I appreciated that the Doctor took the time to let me explain what was going on he took my concerns seriously. My financial situation is one monthly SSD check a month and no dental insurance so they broke things down and did their best to work with me. I am having to go back a lot for adjustments and they always work me in. I feel that I'm being a nuscence but they just smile and remind me they are their to help. These a good people.

Getting an appointment was not a hard time for me. The issue was that I wanted to get X-rays and cleaning, they were more focus towards a deep cleaning only and fillings. I would not refer anyone to this facility.

Dr. Pham is a good dentist. The insurance and his policy for payments need an overhaul. They know how much the insurance companies allow and I know he has to make a living and pay his staff. Yet, you can not pass on the cost to paying customers from the customer who cheats the system. I still have dental needs but can not get them until next year when my insurance renews or take out a loan. For teeth! Something you need to live! No way. Overall, he knows his craft, but his business policy and the insurance companies need to revise their plan of action or we are going to have some toothless Americans walking around Arlington, TX.

I am very grateful that I found a new dentist. The Dentist, who took care of me is great. She did a very amazing job and I heartily thanking her very much. Her assistant, I like her too. They are all very professional, very kind, very compassionate in taking care of their patient. The clinic is very clean and the services are very organize. I admire all the clinic staff. Thank you very much to all.
