He was cleaning pools in the Memorial area of Houston, Texas, as a teenager.

Dr. Foulds is the president and CEO of Meridian Medical Dental Healthcare. This unique practice, based in the Houston metropolitan area, integrates high quality dental services with family medical services in a friendly, patient-focused atmosphere. It provides patients from around the world with the convenience and peace of mind that come from the highest standard of personalized and preventative care available.
Meridian’s general dentistry practice emphasizes the artistry of cosmetic dentistry and the difficulty of full-mouth reconstructive and restorative treatment. Because of our level of expertise, Dr. Foulds also serves as a consultant assisting other dentists and dental practices across the United States with complex dental challenges and patient care.

Prior to establishing Meridian Medical Dental Executive Healthcare with his business partners, Dr. Liza Leal and Lacie Chambers, Dr. Foulds headed up Southwest Cosmetic Dental Associates in Sugar Land and previously maintained a longstanding dental practice in Houston’s Galleria area.
Dr. Foulds is a passionate advocate for concierge style medicine, which is designed to meet the unique needs and time constraints of busy individuals and executives by limiting the number of patients and removing the layers that can get in the way of doctor/patient relationship. Meridian Medical Dental Executive Healthcare also offers concierge options for its medical patients.
As a result of the circumstances surrounding his mother’s early death from breast cancer, Dr. Foulds became an outspoken critic of the dangers of having medical decisions driven by health insurance considerations. The benefit to Dr. Foulds’ patients is that he treats the whole person and his professional recommendations to clients are not influenced by insurance policies.
With over 30 years of experience, Dr. Foulds is one of the most trusted dentists in the state of Texas. Renowned for his extensive expertise and knowledge, he has been requested to serve on the Peer Review Committee for the Texas Dental Society for over 15 years.
Dr. Foulds earned a B.S. in Biology (Pre-Med) at Stephen F. Austin State University and a Doctor of Dental Surgery (D.D.S.) from the University of Texas, Dental Branch in Houston. He continually seeks to improve upon his level of dentistry with continuing education involving the most advanced technologies and techniques available. He is a member of the American Dental Association, Texas Dental Association, Greater Houston Dental Society, Mercer Global Advisors, and a charter member of the Fort Bend Exchange Club and the Fort Bend Chamber of Commerce.
