It was awesome! Checked everything and then she talked about what needed to be done. Went through the prices before we started. Once all good, we started the procedure right away. She was kind and very in tune of what you need, especially when you couldn't talk. The iPad above the light helped!!! Nurse was so sweet too. I def recommend her!!

Dr. Duyen Ngo, DMD is a graduate of Temple University School of Dentistry. While at Temple, Dr. Ngo graduated in the Top 10 of her class and received the honor of being inducted into the Omicron Kappa Upsilon National Dental Honor Society which reserves its seats for those who finish in the top of their graduating dental class. Dr. Ngo is highly skilled in many aspects of restorative dentistry and considers cosmetics, Invisalign, crown & bridge, and endodontics to be amongst her favorite aspects. Dr.Ngo and her staff were really nice and professional. She explained absolutely everything there was that needed to be explained and more. I was nervous because I hadn't been to a dentist in a long time but she made me feel very comfortable . You can even watch Netflix while you're getting dental work done! Looking forward to getting everything done with her.

Dr. Duyen Ngo is awesome. The dentist area is clean and comfortable. You are told what needs to be done and what your insurance covers before actually going through with treatment. Treatment plan was given and planned out professionally. You will not be disappointed.

Easily the best dentist I've ever been to. I made an appointment at 10pm for the following morning (10:30am) because I was having a really bad tooth ache.
I arrive about 15 minutes early and was seen right at my scheduled time. I had x-rays done, an oral exam, cleaning, and a filling for a cavity all within an hour and a half. They were happy to do more during my visit too, but I decided against it because they weren't 100% sure my insurance would cover it (they're in contact with my insurance company and are calling me back to complete the other procedure once they're positive insurance will cover). I highly recommend.

I'd highly recommend this office! Everyone (both dentists, both front desk receptionists, and the technician) were very personable and welcoming. The space itself was very clean, and as relaxing as a trip to the dentist can be. The fact that they let me watch Netflix while filling my cavity was an added bonus ??Overall just a great experience, I'll definitely be back in 6 months for my next cleaning.

Dr. Ngo was great! She explained everything that she saw and walked through the x-rays with the patients. She allowed you to make the decision on how to proceed while also sharing how to prioritize each procedure. Great service and I will be visiting again soon!

I had an appointment for a routine exam and cleaning. I don't have dental insurance, and with such a nice office and modern amenities, I was expecting the prices to be out the roof. I was pleasantly surprised when they offered me a reduced rate since I was self pay. Dr. Costello, Dr. Ngo and their staff are professional and efficient. They gave me straightforward information and answered all of my questions thoroughly. I was pleased with my visit, and look forward to being a regular patient.

Everyone is very friendly! They offered me and my partner water and generally kind as it was my first time visiting a dentist since 2008. Dr. No was professional and empathetic. Very quick with cleaning (needed a slightly deeper clean) and explained next steps well. Cant wait for my second clean in a month!

Great! Got my teeth cleaned and 2 cavities filled. Completely painless and strangely enjoyable. Dr. Ngo was so nice and took her time to explain all of my x-rays and show me the cavities in my mouth. Looking forward to returning in 6 months.

Everyone was friendly which gave me comfortable experience while I was here. The wait time was not too long. When it got a little bit busier, I felt that my dentist did not spend enough time going through what was going on with me. And at the end where I needed to ask her some final questions, I could not find her. When I went out to check out, the front desk gave me a list of what other proceeds that I needed to do regarding my teeth. There was not enough explanation. I was expecting a little bit more for the amount that I spent on dental services.

I've never had such a thorough and comfortable dental experience. Dr. Ngo checked my "soft tissues" for abnormalities, checked my gums for health, checked my teeth for cavities, then cleaned my teeth and took care of the 2 cavities I had. Glad she found the cavities, she showed them to me while she was working on them and they were much larger than they appeared on the xrays. Gross! I was just at another dentist 6 months ago and they totally missed them! They have an ipad mounted to the light so I could lay back and be entertained. I got to catch up on House of Cards on Netflix while she worked on me. Super easy and did not hurt a bit. It's the next day and my mouth feels great! Glad to have found a new dentist! Their technology is on point, the staff is super friendly, the office is clean and beautiful! I highly recommend Dr. Ngo.
