Dr. Whetstone is a wonderful dentist and seems to genuinely care about his patients. He is always upbeat, while providing calm and friendly care. You can watch a movie, listen to music or just relax in their massage chairs. This office goes the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable and happy. I highly recommend Dr. Whetstone's office.

Everyone was super nice and helpful. Dr. Whetstone is fantastic. He always takes the time to walk me through my procedure, and is patient w/ all my questions you can tell he truly cares for his patients. The quality of his work is impeccable!

Dr. Whetstone was born and raised in the Midwest. He received a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from San Diego State University. He then pursued his dream of becoming a dentist by attending the UCLA School of Dentistry. In order to provide a more comprehensive medical approach, Dr. Whetstone completed a General Practice Residency program at the Veterans Hospital here in Palo Alto. He served as chief resident until 1997, when he entered private practice at 744 Middlefield Rd., Palo Alto.
Dr. Whetstone continues his pursuit in providing the highest quality of family care available for his patients. He completes hundreds of hours in continuing education ensuring that he offers the best quality and most advanced techniques to his patients. He offers all aspects of general dentistry, family dentistry, and exceptional aesthetics to his patients. For the past several years Dr. Whetstone has been voted as one of the "Top Dentists" in Palo Alto.

Dr. Whetstone is literally the best dentist I have ever had. He is so thorough and takes time with his patients. he always puts me at ease and is painless. The staff here is incredible, especially Alison, the front office coordinator. I always feel welcomed and comfortable at this office. I don't think you can find a better dental office!

Dr. Whetstone is an exceptional dentist. He is friendly, thorough, and explains things very well. He is also gentle, and every dental procedure I've had with him has been nearly painless. The office is exceptionally well-run! It's an upbeat environment with great energy and wonderful efficiency. He is highly recommended.

I have been a patient of Dr. Whetstone for more than 10 years now. I cannot think of using another dentist. His office is at the forefront of the latest new techniques and information. Dr. Whetstone is so informative and thorough. I bring my entire family here because I am confident that they will receive the best care. Dr. Whetstone and his staff are the best!
