About Dr. Ayesha Qazi

I had an appointment at 1:00 for a cleaning. When I checked in, the front desk told me that I had to get new X-Rays and an examination, which is fine. Then, I was told that they may not be able to even do my cleaning today, and I’d have to come back. This was frustrating because I booked an appointment specifically for a cleaning, and they should have told me beforehand that there’s a chance I can’t get one. So I asked the front desk to confirm if I would be able to get a cleaning today. About 30 minutes after my appointment time, she told me that I would be able to get a cleaning today. I asked how long she thought it would be until I’m seen, and she said about 40 minutes. That would be an hour and 10 minutes past my appointment time. The front desk lady was not very kind or apologetic to me, and I wish I had been told about a delay before I drove here. I ended up leaving.
