Dr. Franklin was born in Augusta, Georgia where he attended Aquinas High School and graduated in 1988. After graduating, he moved to Atlanta and matriculated through Morehouse College where he majored in Banking and Finance. After working for 7 years in corporate America, Dr. Franklin decided it was time for a change. Shoring up his resources and completing his core competencies ensuingly, he applied to Howard University and was accepted in 2004. Dr. Franklin graduated from Howard University in 2008 and was accepted to a general practice residency at St. Elizabeth Hospital in Washington D.C. where he further honed his skills as a general dentist. Upon completion of his residency in May of 2009, he returned to Atlanta to enter into private practice as an associate. In December of 2010, Dr. Franklin received his Masters in Business Administration from Regis University and decided it was time to step out on his own. Finally, on January 17th 2011, Dr. Franklin opened Vivid Smile Dental Center where he strives to deliver uncompromising and outstanding service to each and every one of his patients.
Dr. Franklin continues to enhance and advance his education in all aspects of the dental field on a yearly basis and is a firm believer that education is the key to the successful delivery of dental excellence.
