My visits are always great at Dr. Dooley's office! From the minute you walk in you are treated in a warm, friendly manner. Dr. Dooley is great & takes the time to explain everything. His dentistry is 1st rate and on top of that he's so gentle. The entire staff is terrific and you can tell that they love what they do and helping people.

I've never had a better dental experience! I've always had such bad dental visits - it always hurt. Wow! What a difference here in every way. The girls are so nice and friendly & made me feel relaxed & comfortable instead of scared to death. And then Dr. Dooley came in. He talked to me which no other dentist every has! He never hurt me even when he gave me injections Dr. Dooley is the BEST!

Edward J. Dooley was raised in Spring Lake, New Jersey. After attending the College of the Holy Cross for his undergraduate degree, he continued his education at the University of Pennsylvania’s School of Dental Medicine to achieve his Doctor of Dental Medicine. Dr. Dooley then went on to serve his country after graduation by working as a Dental Officer in the Navy from 1982 to 1985. After his military duty, Dr. Dooley took on a job as an associate at the office of Byron Marriner, DDS in Farmingdale, New Jersey. Dr. Dooley opened his own private practice in 1986, and he has been caring for patients there ever since.
Dr. Dooley has a commitment to providing his patients with excellence in dental care. He is a member of many dental organizations including the American Dental Association, the New Jersey Dental Association, Monmouth Ocean Dental Society, the International Association for Orthodontics, the Academy of General Dentistry, and the World Clinical Laser Institute. Dr. Dooley has remained an active learner throughout his professional career by attending many continuing education seminars. He has received certification in several dental techniques, including soft tissue laser, DURAthin laminate veneers, Lumineers, and Powerprox 6 month orthodontics.
Dr. Dooley is passionate about serving people’s needs. He enjoys providing the highest level of care for those seeking treatment, and is an active member of Donated Dental Services of New Jersey. He likes the satisfaction that stems from doing his best and sharing his skills with others.
When he’s not at the office, Dr. Dooley enjoys spending time with Sue, his beautiful wife of 31 years. They have two children, Michaella and Brendan. Michaella is a managing executive at M.M. LaFleur and is married to Douglas Kurdziel. Brendan is a 2013 graduate of Gettysburg College.
