Dr Grossman is probably the best dentist I’ve ever had. Procedure went smooth, he made me feel at ease and the entire staff were super friendly.

Dr. Grossman’s passion is outstanding dentistry. A native of the Philadelphia area, Dr. Grossman graduated from the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine in 1991. He then completed a one-year General Practice Residency at Graduate Hospital in Philadelphia. In 1996, he established Lionville Family Dentistry, and has provided quality dental care to residents of Exton, Pennsylvania, and surrounding areas ever since. He is a Fellow in the Academy of General Dentistry, a designation conferred upon dentists who have completed continuing education courses well beyond what is required to maintain dental practice privileges in Pennsylvania.
Additionally, Dr. Grossman volunteers regularly “in our own backyard.” For 17 years he has provided dental care to an underserved population of patients through Community Volunteers in Medicine (CVIM) in West Chester and Avon Grove, Pennsylvania. These clinics serve Chester County residents who would otherwise have no access to dental care.
Dr. Grossman has received a number of awards, including a nomination in the Consumers Research Council’s Guide to America’s Top Dentists, which is a non-profit agency that accepts no sponsorships or contributions in order to ensure unbiased selections. He is also a member of many professional organizations, including:

Unfortunately, my experience today was far from stellar. I did not have a care coordinator go over a treatment plan and they proceeded to do the work before going over the process or the COST of the process. I went in for a general exam and ended up with a more intensive cleaning. The bill was going to be unaffordable. So I had to opt for the "yearly plan" which wasn't all that affordable either. I feel as if I have been taken advantage of because I did not know what to expect for today's appointment. If they had been up front about the cost, I would have not continued the appointment.
Again, no treatment coordinator appraised me of the cost of the initial visit without insurance and they did an expensive cleaning knowing they did not take my insurance. They failed to keep me informed of treatment cost at literally every turn until treatment was already completed and I had to foot the entire bill. I'd give zero stars if possible.

Very pleasant dental cleaning and 6 month visit! Staff are always kind and thorough. I word recommend this office to family and friends (who aren't already patients).
