This was just the initial appointment. I just had a cursory exam and x-rays. Future appointments, when work is done, will be more informative.

Wonderful experience!!
I've been going to the dental practice for over 3 years now, in which time my prior dentist told me about Allendale Dental. The staff and Dr. Kunaal Goyal are excellent and welcoming! I'd recommend the practice to anyone looking for quality care, great bedside manner, and overall affordability.
Everyone was so friendly, highly respectful

This was my first appointment with? Dr Goyal and I have to say I left the office with a feeling that I made a right decision. He was very friendly and attentive and was sure to answer all of my questions. The staff was also very knowledgeable and made me feel at ease. Kina was wonderful and so sweet. I will be returning in a few weeks for a deep cleaning and I am assured that I will receive the best care.

quick and easy, very happy with them.

I was a new patient and new to the area. I picked the office because it was in my insurance network and close to where I live… but boy I wish I didn’t. The office is very small, dark, and uninviting. No windows, furniture looks like it hasn’t been updated since the 90s. There are about eight waiting chairs clustered around a little table with a bunch of germy magazines on top. No COVID protocol like you see at other doctor’s offices. Aside from that, the service leaves much to be desired. The dental assistant took X-rays of my teeth which consisted of 15 different uncomfortable positions (leaving the room each time to take the photo, then coming back in to change the position). The x-ray machine seemed as antiquated as the lobby furniture and the poor quality of the x-rays photos proved that as well. The dentist came in to look at the X-rays and told me my teeth were worn down and that I need to wear a night guard and that I need three wisdom teeth extracted. That’s all he had to say and was ready to send me on my way. No bedside manner or any attempt whatsoever to make me feel comfortable. He said he would know more once my teeth were cleaned (e.g. if I had any cavities or not). Apparently the 15 X-ray photos could not determine if there were cavities. I was under the impression that I would have my teeth cleaned that day, but no, he told me to go up to the desk and make a separate appointment for the teeth cleaning (even though the office was completely free of patients and it could surely have been done at that time). Anyway, the receptionist told me they could get me in for a cleaning within three months. Three! As soon as I entered that dungeon of an office and looked around, I should have known to just turn around and get out of there and not waste my time. Hopefully this review prevents someone else from the same experience. Please, don't do what I did, and do your research. Go anywhere but Allendale Dental. There's a reason why there were no other patients in that office from the time I entered to the time I left. Update: I went to another dentist the very next week and the experience was polar opposite. Only problem was I had to drive 45 minutes to get there but man, it was worth it. As a new patient, they provided complimentary exam and x-rays and performed teeth cleaning (which my insurance covered) all at the same time. I was relieved when they told me I had no cavities and that I had been taking great care of my teeth, explaining everything they were doing the entire time. Office is very quick with little wait. Doctor is knowledgeable and has good bedside manner. I had a chipped tooth and he fixed in five minutes. Would recommend!
Probably the best dental experience I've ever had. The warmth smiles, and excellent services begin at the front desk. Dr. Koyal is definitely the best in the area!

Unfortunately, he was unable to assist me with my particular need. However, he provided me with a great referral and I am scheduled for my procedure next week.

Excellent first impression. The doctor was prompt, very informative and was very considerate and flexible scheduling follow-up appointment. Hygenist was superb. She had excellent bedside manner.
Verified patient
Good; he is very knowledgeable
Verified patient
He is just making money.....by diverting the patients to other costly treatments available at this clinic. I went for dental cleaning which is free with my insurance.......and he really didn't do the cleaning....and said you need to have deep cleaning which costs hundreds of dollars after insurance and others like that nonsense. Doing business here is not good being doctor.

Dr. Goyal was very professional, thorough, and honest in his treatment of my dental issues. I felt great about the experience and appreciated the time he took to explain everything. I was also lucky enough to get squeezed in for a cleaning. His hygienist was equally competent and pleasant, and his staff was attentive and polite. I'm looking forward to having him as my dentist for years to come.

This office is well run and Dr. Goyal was pretty jovial and made it a pleasant visit. The office is nice and their equipment and systems definitely seemed to be on the higher quality end. They have an automated text appointment which is really convenient.
Good. No complaints.

Always very friendly.
My dental visit was great from an email reminder to Dr. Goyal calling me a few hours later to check on my. They took me in on time (who knew that was possible in the medical field).
All employees are very friendly and nice. Dr. Goyal is very down to earth and one on one with patients. I highly recommend especially if you are accustom to dentists that run between room to room sparing no time for questions. He is NOT one of those.
I consulted with Dr Goyal about some temporary bridge work, while I await a final 3 tooth bridge that was about a yr away. (Bone graft healing, implant healing, and final crown placement) Dr Goyal and I discussed various interim solutions and came away with an economic solution for me that would give me an aesthetic smile during the waiting period and allow me to eat and sleep with a temporary bridge. He was willing to construct the temporary bridge, even though he knew that dental residents where he consults would be performing the final restoration. Such professionalism and help was beyond my expectation. Dr Goyal is one of the top dentist in the king of Prussia area and consults and teachs at the University of Pennsylvania dental school and he utilizes the latest in professional dental techniques.
Was very pleased with dr. Kunaal Goyal.
