I had a dental emergency this morning. I called Dr.Loev’s office and spoke with Theresa the receptionist. She was amazing and worked with me to get me in to the office as soon as possible. Dr Loev and his staff took great care of me and even arranged for me to get a teeth cleaning. I have not been to the dentist in a while and was fearful about going. But Dr. Loev and his staff were so kind that I have finally lost my fear of dentists!!!!

Dr. Loev served as a dental officer in the U.S. Navy and Marine Corp. during the Vietnam Conflict. After 3 years of service he moved to San Francisco and established a successful downtown practice in the financial district. After 15 years of general practice Dr. Loev became obsessed with "smile design," cosmetic dentistry and while still maintaining his comprehensive dental practice has focused a major part of his time on creating and maintaining beautiful smiles. He and his team welcome your inquiries and visits to our skyscraper office overlooking San Francisco Bay and Union Square. Practicing the art of dentistry since 1969, Dr. Loev provides the finest quality dental care available today. Even after more than 4 decades of caring for people, and their smiles, Dr. Loev embraces dentistry and the increasingly innovative dental techniques available.

A lot of dentists have really great ZocDoc ratings but are not so great in person. Dr. Loev is the complete opposite of that - he gave me a thorough exam, prepared a treatment plan and his office had a quote to me 5 minutes after I was out of the door for what my out of pocket cost would be for the plan. Dr. Loev and everyone in his office had amazing bedside manner and unlike the last dentist I went to on ZocDoc years ago never tried to up-sell me to whitening or anything else. Cant recommend Dr. Loev enough!

Dr. Love was a very kind dentist and seemed to be very experienced. I went to see him as part of a new client consultation and exam and felt like he did a very thorough job. He spent time answering my questions and his staff was extremely kind and polite. I specifically felt that he was honest and did not pressure me into changing dentists or anything. Wow, I have never had such an amazing dentist visit. First, the cleaning was incredibly thorough and it didn't hurt at all, not a single nick and the person cleaning my teeth was very thoughtful and knew just how to make me comfortable. Second, Dr. Loev checked out my teeth and gave me some really helpful advice. It's obvious he knows what he's talking about and takes pride and care in his work. He answered all my questions thoroughly.

This dentist fit me in last minute when my normal dentist was unavailable. I tried them on the recommendation of a friend after I broke a veneer and only had 3 days ledger before a big move. They had amazing customer service, made sure I was clear on by amount I was spending, and more than that, Dr. Loev did an amazing job. I want to come back here to get veneers replaced...from out of state!

I came in for what I thought was an emergency (but likely was just nothing!) and he took his time to examine my teeth and gums and suggest a strategy to keep them healthy.
