I'm fairly new as patient there but the service my last few visit were great.
Dr. Ochoa is friendly, trustworthy, and takes a genuine interest in my well being which is vey rare these days.she is greatly appreciated for her great service and positive attitude!

Hello, my name is Dr. Elisa Ochoa. I am very excited to welcome you to my practice! It has been my dream to open up a dental office in Pilsen to care for my fellow community members, their families and friends!
Born and raised in Chicago, my studies began at Whitney Young High School, and continued at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign where I received my undergraduate degree in Molecular and Cellular Biology. I went on to receive my Doctor of Dental Surgery degree at the University of Illinois at Chicago.
As a dentist, I am very fortunate to have the ability to help improve the quality of life of people through treatment and education of oral health. I strive to provide my patients with a quality of care that I would be proud to offer my loved ones. My desire is for my patients to be happy and healthy with a great smile to show for it!
When I am not focused on changing the world one tooth at a time, I enjoy spending time with my husband, eating at new restaurants, traveling to new places, working out and living a healthy lifestyle.

From watching the Grinch who stole Christmas while getting my tooth extracted to the upfront, transparent, to the straightforward approach to pricing and how long it will take. This crew takes charge and leaves you you wanting to come back. I have truly never been to a dentist with a get it done attitude like this one! This is the most wonderful dentist office experience I have had. My hygienist, Monica, was so kind and smart, I learned so much about taking care of my teeth. She did a fantastic job. Even though I unfortunately found out I have a few cavities to get filled, I was never shamed or made to feel nervous about getting them remedied. I felt like Dr. Ochoa and her team were looking out for the future of my teeth and also how to fix present challenges.

For the first time EVER I actually enjoyed the experience of visiting a dentists office. The ladies were very informative, the care was effortless, the energy in the office is very welcoming and my favorite part was the mindfulness treat to infuse the apron put on me with a touch of lavender.

Dr. Ochoa and her team have transformed the fearful, anxiety-ridden experience usually associated with going to the dentist. By putting the well-being of their patient first they've removed some of the discomforts and have made the experience so much better. The staff is professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. The staff and Dr. Ochoa were wonderful. I had not been to a dentist in a while and there was no shaming only kindness and thorough care. Facility is nice and comfortable as well. They do go the extra mile.
One word of note around billing, be sure to ask them for a breakdown with your insurance before they see you, even for routine check ups, etc. They gave me a fluoride treatment and did not mention until after the service it wasn't covered in my insurance. The impression given was that it was routine and I had not thought to ask what portions of the visit wouldn't be covered by my insurance.

Dr. Ochoa is phenomenal! She is extremely knowledgable about issues you bring up regarding your teeth. Her and her staff are genuine professionals, and I have never felt that they are pushy with extra screenings, procedures, etc. The wait time is minimal and the check-up or procedures are quick and painless. 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking to make a switch to a new Dentist!

I came in for a teeth whitening procedure and I'm very pleased with the results! Elisa met with me to go over the details of the procedure and repeatedly asked me if I had any questions. Her assistant Silva took it from there. The procedure went smoothly.

Very pleasant and professional staff. The best party was having the insurance coverage explained and knowing exactly how much I was expected to pay before my next visit. Seriously, all medical and health facilities should have this but it's shocking that it's s not a standard. .. lovely visit. Highly recommended.

I left this office feeling like family. Gladys was the first face I saw. She was the sweetest and so helpful. Monica was next. She was amazing! Caring for teeth while having braces can be tricky and time consuming, but I learned so much during my visit with her- very iinformative, gave me great advice, and gave my teeth the best cleaning I'd had to date. Dr. Ochoa was the last friendly face I met- so upbeat and positive! What a great experience.
I can't wait to go back and I highly recommend this office for dental care.

Had two dental fillings and Dr. Ochoa and Silvia were very kind and welcoming and the procedure was quick and well done. I have almost no post-operation pain and I am comfortable coming back to this office for any work I need in the future.

Dr. Ochoa and Gladys were extremely helpful, patient, and kind. I came in worried about a pain in my tooth and they did everything they could to put me at ease and recommend a plan to fix the pain.
