We had an appt just after the lunch break so when we went in the waiting room was filled causing me to be skeptical about the wait time. Fortunately, we (and others) were called in quick succession. Our wait was maybe five minutes.
Once we were with Dr. Haynes, she her consultation and feedback was immediate. We were done within 30 minutes and left with every question answered.

Dr. Elizabeth Haynes is an orthodontist and co-founder of University Centre Dental Associates in Greenbelt, Maryland. She graduated from Howard University’s Orthodontic Residency Program at the top of her class in 1993, and immediately entered into private practice. In 1996, she joined the faculty of Howard University’s College of Dentistry, and became the Orthodontic Clinic Director. Also during that time she and her husband, Dr. Maurice Haynes, created University Centre Dental Associates, and she maintained the practice on a part-time basis. She left teaching in July 2006 to focus on her practice full time.
Dr. Haynes is an active member of the American Dental Association, the American Association of Orthodontics, the Maryland State Society of Orthodontics, and the District of Columbia Dental Society.
Dr. Haynes is dedicated to helping her patients attain the smiles they’ve always wished for, in a caring, clean and friendly environment. When not working with her patients, she enjoys spending time with her husband, Dr. Maurice Haynes, and their children.

I appreciated Dr Elizabeth Haynes' thoroughness; her ability to provide vivid explanations to my orthodontia questions. She helped my son better understand the "braces" process and gave him everyday examples to better explain the medical terminology. She is very knowledgeable and personable and made us feel comfortable. We also were introduced to her husband who will provide my son's general dentistry work.
The ZocDoc, new patient, check-in process for Dr, Haynes' office offered the ability to "check-in" where we could answer questions and provide health/oral history by completing the forms on-line which were pre-printed in her office, This was convenient, enabling me to review and sign the forms reducing the amount of in office wait time. The video upon arrival helped to explain the different types of orthodontia services.
The practice (office) was professional, highly maintained, easy to locate and close to a major thoroughfare. I am pleased and will definitely use her practice for my son and my dental needs. We were out within the hour (after the initial new patient process) so that my son could return to school in a timely fashion.
