The office is small and the wait is about 2 hrs but worth it.The front desk receptionist was nice and helpful and Dr.Sabbagh was really great.Ive been to multiple dentist about a problem and he was able to help me out! So happy and I will be bacc for follow up apts.Highly recommend.

Dr. Elliot Sabbagh graduated with honors from the accelerated program at New York University. He was accepted to dental school from high school. He completed a one year general practice residency at Staten island university hospital.
With over 18 years of experience, he began a group practice and continued to expand. He now owns eight family dental practices throughout the five boroughs of New York City. He practices full time in Jackson Heights and in Brooklyn. The practice philosophy is to treat all patients as part of our family.

The wait time was quite ridiculous took about 2 + hours to be seen, also doctor wroteup different treatment options which I don't understand, keep calling office and leaving messages and no one responds.

The first impression of the place is that it is dirty. I actually look pictures but am unable to figure out how to post them here. The front desk is unprofessional - they were having personal conversation about how the other staff doesn’t scan/file all the documents for the entire half an hour or so that I waited. There’s no such thing as privacy in this office as all the doors are left open while the pt is being treated. The staff is dressed in jeans and casual clothes as they’ve come to stroll in the park.
The front desk failed to inform me that I had a high deductible plan until after they shot the x-ray and I was evaluated by the doctor. Once I advised the girl in the front desk that it should’ve been communicated that to me before any procedures (x-ray) was done so I can make a wider decision, she told me that she had never dealt with my insurance before. I am sorry? Isn’t this your exact job?
Quite frankly, I would never come back to this place again.

He is an extraordinary dentist. He knows what he's doing. He does his work efficiently and treats patients with respect. Only downside is he is at his Queens office only twice a week and it's difficult to book an appointment with him.

I had such a wonderful experience with Dr. Elliot Sabbagh. The outside of the building is a bit rough looking- but I went in with great hopes. The front office is dated and not modern- but as soon as i spoke to Ms. Cruz at the front desk I was just so thrilled to be there. All the Nurses/ assistants were fantastic! from the x-ray to setting me up for my cleaning. Dr. Elliot was super gentle and quick. Offered to fill my small cavity I was dreading- but put me at ease and just was super seamless about it. I'm so happy I finally found a great dentist I can be excited to go back to!

The doctor is fantastic. The receptionist however is not. She has an attitude and when i call leaves me on hold for 20 min and then constantly asks my name and gives the phone to other people. The doctor is great, reception needs to be replaced.

They were very behind on everyone, you can clearly see the dental hygienist and the dentist trying to get through many people. It took over an hour for them to call me in for x-rays, another half an hour after that before I saw the dentist. He was incredibly rough with the teeth cleaning and barely checked for tartar and cavities.

After reading tons of reviews about doctor Sabbagh I made an appointment through here for 9:00am and when I got to the office they told me the doctor doesn't arrive till 9:30am which was not too bad . My experience was great, the doctor is really friendly and makes you feel comfortable (I was afraid of the dentist but not anymore ) . I need to go back to do more work but overall I highly recommend this doctor.

The doctor is great. Th receptionist Jackie need to be fired. She is very unprofessional. Waited for more than 3 hours for work that could have been done before that. No reason on earth I should've waited that long when their was only 2 patients before me. I kept calling the office to make sure they sent in my approval since January and nothing was done until May. She is very lazy. Once I get my work done I WILL NEVER RETURN. RUN FAR AWAY FROM THAT PLACE. None of the employees wear scrubs as they should except for the doctor. The place is clean though I give them that but the employees are useless. Once again the doctor is fantastic that's it. I would refer him but NEVER the office.

The office is clean and some of the staff are friendly, others business-like. I arrived for my appointment 10 minutes before schedule. There were four other patients waiting when I arrived. I thought I had taken the first available appointment of the day but apparently not. The physician got there 15 minutes past my appointment time and started to see the others. I waited for an hour before being called in. At that point, I was directed to get X-rays. I explained that I had just gotten them at the last visit but they said x-rays have to be done every six months (not my experience with other providers). I told them I hope the insurance covers it. Then I was directed to a different room, and left for another 10 minutes. The doctor arrived, greeted me, cleaned by teeth in record speed (under 10 minutes, with little attention to the back molars that have pockets), and told me not to eat for at least a half hour. He also told me everything is fine (no actual discussion of the X-rays) and I could get a deep clean (which he had also recommended as an option last time--for an extra cost). The one-sided conversation happened as he was heading out the door.

When I arrived at 9:55 am for my 10 am cleaning appointment, the office was closed. The receptionist (or assistant) was smoking cigarettes out front, not in any kind of uniform. She let me in and took my insurance information, and then I waited for 45 minutes for the dentist. After 45 minutes she informed me that the dentist was on his way, but stuck in traffic and it would be only 15 minutes more. After 15 minutes she informed me that the doctor had a patient emergency, but he would be there in 25 minutes. Not believing these obviously contradictory statements, I decided it was best not to waste any more of my day and left, never having seen anyone. I also asked the receptionist to discard my information, as I will never come back, but I don't believe she did; I will be watching to make sure they don't try to bill me or my insurance company because this place seems to be a front for an insurance fraud group.
