love the two staff receptionists that i spoke to. super helpful, patient, and understanding in regards to insurance benefits/coverage. i’m new to the insurance world and they broke it down in such a simple and meaningful way and catered to my needs! also received a free toothbrush would DEF recommend to someone i care for.

it was really upsetting waiting for over two weeks to be seen for a simple appointment and then calling on the morning of my appointment just to be told that my appointment has been fully canceled and that somebody else has already been seen on my spot that I reserved. They said that they sent me a text which required docs to be signed. I called the office and they said its okay to sign in person. The morning of my appointment I called them to verify if I’m still on the schedule and they said that I was removed from the schedule for not signing documents which is very unfair, confusing and unprofessional. I would advise you to avoid this dentist completely unless you’re willing to go through confusing back-and-forth and unfriendly customer service. The representative advised me to contact a different dental office. And that’s exactly what I’m doing. I’m going to a different dental office that will not treat me this way. Thanks for cancelling, dodged a bullet!

Dr. Chan was great! She is friendly and professional. She explained everything to me in detail. Besides doing my cleaning, - perhaps the best I've ever had! - she needed to replace 2 old cavities. She did the procedures informing me of everything she was doing and constantly checking in on how I was tolerating it. I can't sing her praises high enough!

I’ve struggled with finding a good dentist for the last decade.
For the first time in a long time the experience was thorough, came with no nasty insurance coverage surprises, and I felt treated like a human being rather than like a wallet.
Paperwork was filled and processed digitally at the office, which was very convenient and is probably why the processing time was so quick.
I definitely recommend them.

The office building and overall experience getting to my appointment was very pleasant. The receptionist was friendly, informative of my appointment + the reception who booked my follow up appointments gave a thorough representation of what my insurance may cover, and said she'd follow up with my provide to get clearer budget on what they would cover for specific procedures.
Dr. Chan was so lovely and kind. Very empathetic and helped me feel at ease during my appointment. Definitely will go back to see her for routine check ups!

Dr. Chan and the staff there were incredibly kind and efficient. She was the first dentist I had gone to in quite some time that gave an actual TX plan that had my care in mind over money. I am going to follow through with her recommendation for car and will be back for my next cleaning and procedure in the coming weeks. Would 100% tell my friends and family!
