I didn't like the services I received. The Doctor was nice but I felt like my dental work was rushed and I'm still having sensitivity since going there and it's literally been months. My filings aren't smooth at all. They are rough and rugged. Office staff and doctor were nice though.

The whole staff was very professional and Dr. Hu took care of my needs she explained everything from the pricing and to the whole procedure before she even started. This was my 1st visit, I had and emergency and Dr Hu and her staff were very gracious and welcoming upon my arrival. I was please to have set up this ER visit online the night before. And her services where impeccable. She is the best dentist I have ever visited. She asked me what was my concerns with my teeth prior to my exam. If your looking for a dentist she is definitely one you should go to. Herself and staff allows you to feel at home and she was very concerned & personal with the care she had given me. Most of my experiences at dental offices scared the crap outta me and I never return to any of them. Thats why I have yuck mouth now and need a lot of work. This was the 1st time I ever experienced a dentist that cares about my concerns explains everything in detail and makes sure your comfortable with the procedures that you will receive and your after care. If your an hour away Herself, Her Staff, and services are worth the trip. HappyCare Dental ranks above 150%

Dr. Hu was incredibly nice, professional and super, super quick! She was very patient with me when I had lots of questions, and very kind and caring making sure I was in no discomfort for three fillings. I'll be recommending her to nearby friends!
The office was cozy, every single staff member I interacted with was nice and good at explaining things I had questions about regarding insurance and whatnot. At the time of my visit, the waiting room had a smart TV with Netflix on it, which is sure to help calm down any antsy youngsters! Excited to return for a checkup later in the year.

I would definitely recommend HappyCare Dental and Emily Hu, DDS. I was able to schedule an appointment easily and quickly. I was seen right away. The office is clean and comfortable. The staff are all very kind and professional. They did a wonderful job with my exam, cleaning, and fillings. I was afraid to go back to the dentist after I had a painfully bad experience with another dentist. But I'm so glad I chose to go to HappyCare Dental. There was no pain, and I wasn't even numbed (the cavities I had were very small). The last place I went to, even the cleaning hurt. I will definitely continue going to HappyCare Dental in the future.

When I called for an appointment I was seen that very day for a cleaning. No emergency. After filling out the paperwork that only took a few minutes I was taken into a room. The doctor came in showed me my x rays and told me what needed to be done and she did everything within the first visit.

I had a 9am appointment for 2 fillings. I arrived at 8:55 and by 9 I was in the chair and getting started. They were minor cavities so no nova cane was required. Dr. Hu finished up and I made my next cleaning appointment and was back in my car by 9:16!!! No exaggeration!! So quick and efficient but I didn't feel the least bit rushed! I don't normally praise dentists but in this case it is well deserved!

This was my first dentist visit in a very long time. The building was easy to find and super clean . The staff was excellent , especially the Medical Assistant who held my hand while I was being a cry baby lol . Dr Hu was very sweet , proficient , and quick. Will be coming back.

Everyone at this office is very nice and friendly. I did not wait around in the waiting room and I didn't have to wait for Dr. Hu. She was right in as soon as the dental assistant told her I was ready. My cleaning went quick and smooth and she told me exactly what I needed and what the cost would be. I love the open and up front feel so I know I won't be hit with any sneaky bills after the work is done.

Dr. Hu is a dentist unlike any other I have been to. She takes the patient's concerns into consideration, she remains conscious of the patient's pain level during the entire procedure, she is friendly and genuinely seems to care about her patients, and she does excellent work with minimal pain experienced by the patient. This is the best dental office I have been to. Everyone is friendly and willing to take the time to answer any questions you may have. I didn't think offices like this existed any more.

My daughter is facing some very tough decisions and months of dental work. Dr. Hu took the time to explain to us every step of the process and what to expect through the whole thing. She even urged us to get second opinions so we can be sure this is the best option for her. Every time we have been there we have been seen within just a few minutes of our arrival. We have been to many dentists in the area and Dr. Hu is the first one that we felt actually cares and isn't just in it to collect from the insurance company.
