Dr. Sanjeeda Hakim is a dedicated, friendly, and compassionate board-certified general dentist. She earned her Doctorate of Dental Surgery (DDS) from NYU College of Dentistry. After graduating, she attended Lincoln Medical and Mental Center in New York to complete her residency, where she received intense training in all aspects of dentistry. Since then, she has worked both in private practice and nonprofit health centers in underserved communities to provide quality dental care to patients of all ages and backgrounds. Dr. Hakim takes pride in treating each patient as her family to provide them with excellent, individualized care. Her priority is to create a reassuringly pleasant, safe, and comfortable environment for all patients. She is also a firm believer in lifelong learning and takes numerous continuing education courses as she appreciates the benefit of new dental methodologies and modern technology. Outside of the office, Dr. Hakim spends most of her time with her husband and two beautiful children. She loves traveling, shopping, and enjoying good food.
