My experience at Boston Dental Review was lovely for the most part - clean space & friendly staff with great bedside manner. The only bummer was that I was not seen by the dentist I had booked through ZocDoc, nor was the change communicated to me or acknowledged when I arrived. I would recommend that this dental practice be proactive in updating the patient if the doctor they've booked with will not be the doctor they're seeing on the day of the appointment. Thank you!

They were good. Required x-rays and others since I was a new patient. This was not disclosed to me until I was there. Insurance covered it so it was fine. Would have just appreciated a heads up. Appointment took longer than I expected due to this, so could have also planned other commitments around it better as well.

Dr. Emily Su received her DMD from Boston University Dental school, where she graduated top of her class. Following graduation, she pursued a residency in advanced general dentistry at Tufts Dental School to further her expertise. During her residency, she saw a wide variety of patients in the clinic, emergency room, and operating room, with a focus on patients who are medically and dentally complex. She focuses on providing comprehensive care and is skilled in all aspects of general dentistry including fillings, crowns, implants, digital dentistry, dentures, extractions, and root canals.
Originally from California, she moved to Boston for college. Growing up, she was interested in the visual arts, which now allows her to bring an aesthetic eye to her work. She is passionate about providing quality dental care and helping patients achieve their oral health goals.
Outside of the clinic, she enjoys traveling, trying new foods, and spending time with friends and family.

I loved everything about this office. Very high end and modern. The doctor and her assistant treated me so well. I had to get 2 crowns done and the whole procedure was pain free.

Citi dental deserves to be recognized for their dedication to the care of patients. I have dentistry anxiety and since having Dr. Su as a dentist I have not experienced any fear or anxiety in her chair, I've always felt comfortable and without pain during any procedure. I would recomend this team to anyone searching for a new welcoming environment.

I was nervous to try a new dentist but this office made it so easy and pleasant! The receptionist was very communicative with me before the appointment about paperwork and making sure my insurance was all squared away. She offers communication via texting which worked great with my busy schedule. I didn’t have to wait at all when I arrived and all of the hygienists and the doctor are super friendly, listen well, and are communicative. The advice I heard from the dentist echoed the advice I’d received from my previous trusted dentist. Two follow ups were identified and one of them I was able to come in for that same week to have it taken care of quickly. Thanks for being so flexible with fitting me in! Photos were taken at every stage to offer me documentation and an explanation of what was happening. Only thing I’d advise is make sure you allow 1.5 hours for your first appt here as the X-rays, documentation, and initial consultation to get you set up take a minute!
