Every polite and greeted with excellent service more informitive than anyother denist ive been too i forget the ladies name that was up front at the desk made me feel more comfortable in my there's nothing surrounding you I really don't like the dentist office but i felt welcomed thanks you guys

Dr. Kalsow and his staff are very professonal and do very good work, especially crowns!!! I will always be their patient! Tina is so nice. Tina works very hard with the insuranc companies to make sure what should be paid from the insurance co.

I was very confused during the whole consultation but he never actively engage with me. It was very hard to understand him, but I tried to, and He didn’t check my teeth, physically, it was all through the couple XRays they took. They asked me if I wanted a “total check up” or to check just one tooth, and I have never been asked that in any other dentist office, it was a weird question.
They finished checking the X-Rays and the consultation was over, I guess, but nobody said anything, I had to ask: Is it over? After a while to the receptionist/assistant.
I have been going to a dentist regularly on my hometown and I needed a new one because I am living here now.
They took a bunch of X-Rays and he told he I should get my teeth check by another doctor, told me I possibly had this or that, but didn’t check anything physically by looking into my mouth.
I don’t think I will be coming back. Not because he was not nice enough but because I expect a little more from my dentist. Nothing personal. I just wasted my money to be told I had “possibly” this or that.
