A truly terrible experience. The secretary who schedules the appointment calls you repeatedly in a desperate manner. When I arrived at the office at my appointment time, they made me wait for over an hour and 40 minutes, and after that, the doctor told me he was going to lunch. I had to beg him to see me, and he did so very reluctantly (he only checked for 3 minutes and then left).

I've seen many dentists over the years, and most of them have been a terrible experience. SmileHub was amazing. It's a smaller practice, so you get to know almost everyone in the building. Everyone was so kind, didn't make me feel bad about my teeth issues, and they made sure they stayed with me until the job was done, even though we were there past their usual hours.

Super friendly staff, they explained everything in detail with all my questions and any concerns. Very helpful setting up a future appointment and broke down the procedure step by step. As someone who is terrified of the dentist. By past issues and the fear of judgment, this place eased every fear and made me feel so welcomed. I felt more like a person here than any dentist has ever treated me before. Gave very helpful tips and advice, never made me feel pressure to sign or do anything I wasn't comfortable with. I will be using this dentist permanently and highly recommend this doctor and this establishment. Very clean, all of the staff are friendly. They greet you, make sure you're okay and the ladies that took my x-rays were very gentle. I appreciate this place and how they treat people, like people.

The great reviews and apparent sensitivity to individuals who are 'scared' I was intrigued and made an appointment. Arriving at the office, the first thing I noticed was that the typical dentist smell was not there, what a relief and calm to my nerve. That was a great start and the rest of the visit and treatment was just as pleasant. Thank you! Great team and doctor!

I found Dr. Heredia when I researched local dentists who accept my dental insurance. I was able to book the appointment on line.
The staff were very pleasant and welcoming. They efficiently performed X-rays and reviewed my history prior to meeting with Dr. Heredia. Dr. Heredia
carefully went over the results of my X-rays projected on a monitor. He spent a great deal of time discussing the condition of my teeth and his treatment recommendations. He also performed a visual examination of my mouth including my tongue and gums. Finally a staff member met with me and explained the what coverage I could expect from my insurance provider.
I highly recommend Dr. Heredia and his staff.

He was amazing. I had five fillings I had to get done after not being at the dentist for years, and he took care of them in separate appointments, and he made sure I was able to get them all done within a month time frame so that my parent’s insurance covered it. He has updated technology for numbing the mouth, so you don’t feel anything. Obviously going to the dentist is never fun, but he makes the experience less stressful by educating the patient & talking them through it & establishing trust.

The office staff was lovely and I really liked the dentist. He explained well. It went bad when the front desk asked me to pay for my cleaning and wait to reimbursed. I have never had to do that anywhere, they wanted me to pay and wait to be reimbursed. I left without a teeth cleaning. So disappointed.
